CitySquad was fantastic. So responsive, on time, friendly and knowledgeable. They installed the outlet on Tuesday and I've already recommended them to countless people. It was so easy to schedule an appointment and they kept me updated all along the way, highly recommend Chris and his team!

Chris came out after we had multiple electricians come through some stating that nothing was wrong or they could change our panel for some obscene amount of money. Chris was very thorough and took the time to explain everything that he could see was an issue or a potential hazard, as we indeed had some. As a first time homeowner it was refreshing and nice to have someone care enough to explain the process and certain procedures. I could go on, but I will finish with this, I would recommend Chris to any and everyone. He does outstanding work, and has the customer service that is so lacking these days.

Chris is THE GUY to go to in DFW for an EV charger install. Way more knowledgable regarding EVs than the handful of other electricians I talked to (he personally owns EVs as well), and he did an awesome job for a very competitive price. Will definitely be using him again in the future.

We needed a full panel replacement prior to getting moved into our new house. Chris was able to schedule the work around our difficult move, and work around us while we were trying to get organized/moved in. He also installed lighting that far exceeded my expectations, along with adding several outlets where we needed them. All the work was of high quality, done professionally, and accomplished in less time than expected. There is no doubt that we will be calling Chris for all our electrical needs, for as long as he's working.

I have been using CitySquad since I moved to Texas 6 years ago. Chris is so knowledgeable. He has been able to quickly diagnose my electrical issues and resolve them promptly. He’s even gone so far as to help me work with the pool people when they were trying to say my issues were electrical and non-pool related. I’ve had a lot of outdoor electrical issues that he’s resolved including new power lines run, outdoor outlets installed, tripped breakers and a full house surge protector installed. He’s always professional, on time, thorough, explains everything well, provides sound advice and his work is impeccable. I highly recommend CitySquad.

Chris is by far the best! He was sent to us by our home warranty 5 years ago and we have used him several times since than. He gives you the best and final price immediately. I can’t even tell you how nice he is. He is very knowledgeable and will give you his best opinion even if it means less business for him. I like how he doesn’t rush his work either. Once you call him you will never look for another electrician. He has installed several fans for us and also did some wiring for a fan outside and best of all canned lights in our rooms. My home warranty sent Chris out to do several electrical repairs. He was on time and he called me to let me know when he was on his way. I had a ceiling fan and several recessed lights that stopped working. The wall remote for the fan went out and he replaced it with a wall switch and a new minkaAire wireless remote. Now I can control my fan/light without getting up from the couch which is way better than the setup that I previously had. After that, he quickly diagnosed the recessed lights. There is a temperature sensor that turns the lights off if they over heat. As a safety measure, the lights will not turn on if this sensor fails. He quickly replaced the sensors and the lights work perfectly.

Chris is fast, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use him again.

Chris from City Squad was referred to me by Tesla design center guys which speaks of the stellar work he has been doing in the past. He showed on time, was professional and courteous. I needed a Tesla wall connector to be installed in the garage and installation was flawless. Chris is proactive in his communication and provided advise whenever i reached out to him. CitySquad has been great to work with while providing reasonable pricing. There was quite a few things to be worked on in my house and Chris would provide an updated quote each time there was a change to be transparent with the cost. They were very efficient in their work without cutting corners and will continue to use them for any future electric work needed.

I reached out to Chris because he came recommended on a DFW Tesla Forum. Unfortunately, I live too far away from his service area. Completely understandable, but he took the time to respond to me and even took the time to respond to some questions I had about the scope of the electrical work and what I needed. At some point, I do plan on moving to a place in his service area and I will definitely utilize him for my electrical needs.

After our house suffered a fire due to a previous bad electrical work, I contacted Chris to give us an estimate. As soon as he saw he knew what the problem was, he did everything in his hands to fix it so that we could go back to our house. Chris has a great attitude and inspired us a lot of confidence. I contacted Chris from CitySquad Electrical, who was referred to me by a friend, to replace an old electrical box that was a mandated requirement by my insurance. After sending the photos to Chris, he told me that there was no need to replace the box and he was willing to write me a letter to send to my insurance explaining this. I was shocked and impressed by his integrity. Specially, for someone that was contacted for the first time. These days, most contractors would have accepted the job and charged me for it even if it’s not needed just to increase their own sales. But instead, he was honest and even offered to help me by writing a letter, which he had no obligation to do. In my opinion, Chris is one of those rare people that still have high work ethic and conduct their business in an honest and fair manner. Thank you, Chris. I truly appreciate your honesty!

We were provided with the information for this company when we purchased our EV to install our level 2 charger, and I’m very grateful that we were. From the initial contact, the consultation, to the install it was five star service the entire way. They offered an extremely fair price, especially considering we have an aging townhome that required some special attention with regards to our electrical system. I can’t think of anyone else that we would use going forward for any of our electrical needs. Chris and his crew are phenomenal!!

Chris is a pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgeable and a professional.

He installed a NEMA outlet in my garage. He had to run the cable from the main panel which is located at a considerable distance. His rates were by far the best. And that included pulling the permit.

Unlike others who told me that I needed to replace the breaker panels as they were outdated at a cost of $18k; Chris confirmed that it was not needed.

And the best part is that he is a Master Electrician so can be trusted to do the right thing. I wholeheartedly recommend Chris and plan to use him for anything electrical at my home.

This is the second time I've had CitySquad replace a failed 20 amp breaker. Chris quoted me a reasonable price and same day service since the part was available.
