Customer service of Amanda and Sebastian was superb. They value their customers. The cleaner they sent did not do a good job. I complained and the response from Amanda as very positive. She personally came and provided another free service the next day. She was truly sorry for my experience. Sebastiane even given me discount for my bad experience. They are a good team and care about customers. You can Trust them. I will hire them for my other properties. Thank you.

Updated Review: Diana always does an amazing job cleaning our home! She is our all-time favorite cleaner from Clean n Pristine. She does an impeccable job leaving everything spotless -- showers, bathtubs, bedrooms, etc. She is extremely friendly, personable, and provides great service. Amanda and the Clean n Pristine team are always responsive and helpful in accommodating our schedule and requests. We are overall pleased with their service!

Previous Review: Jose did a great job thoroughly cleaning my home! The floors were well cleaned - both wood and carpet, couches vacuumed, and I love how he neatly replaced my sheets and comforter and tucked them in with a hotel feel! He does an outstanding job w cleaning the kitchen and all of the bathrooms thoroughly. My only feedback would be that a couple of the hallway lights and ceiling fans in the rooms were left on after the cleaning which can be an issue if I’m not coming home the same day as a cleaning was done to be able to turn things off. Other than that he did a really fantastic job cleaning my home! Amanda, Sebastian, and the team are always responsive and easy to work with when I’ve had to reschedule my cleaning days or ask for special requests. I’m really pleased with the service from Clean n Pristine and recommend them! It’s been a game changer to have them clean my home to help balance my busy schedule.

Diana from Clean N’ Pristine has been our designated cleaner for over a year now and we wouldn’t trade her for the world! She is such a pleasant smile and soul to have in our home. Diana does a phenomenal job and always pays attention to details, she takes time out to add little finishing touches that make it feel like I’m coming home to a resort stay (folded towels, rose petal tissues, made beds, etc). I never have to hover or correct her, she comes right in and knows what needs to be done and does it with a spirit of excellence! Diana is kind and caring not just to me but our children and even our fur baby which just makes the whole experience next level! 11/10 we recommend Diana at Clean n Pristine

Scheduling was a breeze and they showed up on time. We did a few issues, but nothing that would force us to give a bad review and or not recommend their service. Amanda was very attentive to our concerns and had them taken care of the next day. We would use them again.

My HVAC company offered a complimentary cleaning after their install of my new system. Scheduling with Clean n Pristine was quick and easy. Rosa, team member, was on time, professionally dressed, and showed up with every cleaning tool and product required! She did a nice job! The owner also stopped by to go over expectations and discuss other services they provide. This family owned company offers great communication and service!

I will preface with the fact that our floors were WRECKED by paint and drywall dust/mud from a heavy renovation. They said they would do what they could and for the most part did a solid job. But there were many spots that remained and we were able to clean them up with just a light scrubbing with a rag. I felt like that should’ve been handled, they mentioned they wouldn’t do any scrapping for fear of damaging the floors but this just required a light scrubbing.
Also our window surrounds were left pretty dirty, doesn’t even look like they were touched. Maybe that’s not part of the standard service but they definitely needed to be cleaned.
Only other complain is there was “discounts” given for the sake of us not having everything in the home installed yet. Our entire kitchen sans the stove is non existent, as are both bathroom sinks and vanities. That’s a TON of cleaning area that was omitted and added up to a $30 discount. That’s around 11% if I mathed correctly. Felt like it should’ve been a bit more. Showers looked good. All of our baseboards in the common areas were brand new so nothing to clean there either.
Sebastian’s communication was excellent, and these complaints weren’t enough for me to reach back out for him and ask for another clean. But nonetheless they are things I felt should’ve been handled better the first time around.

Overall I would use them again, but I felt for what we paid it could’ve been a bit better. The house is INFINITELY cleaner than it was, but again for the price I expected pristine windows and floors.

Christine and Shativia are the amazing ladies that cleaned my house did an unbelievable job! I’m a single mom with two kids and my house was an absolute disaster when they arrived. They were very thorough and extremely personable. Thank you ladies!

The service by Clean n Pristine was part of our AC-heating duct replacement work, whereby a lot of fine dust was generated. The house cleaning professional was on time and thorough. She cleaned the house spotless - way better than I clean and I’m fussy! The house smelled so fresh and sanitized. I highly recommend this business.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We went through three different cleaning technicians in a few months that we use their service. The first technician did a great job, but departed from the company after just two visits. Every cleaning technician we received after that did a subpar job, failing to clean some rooms and on this most recent visit did not even vacuum anything in our upstairs level of our home.

Celeste was very polite and helpful. She asked if there were any focus areas and then got to work! I was able to work from home with no disruptions!!
