What an absolute pleasure working with Philip to redesign our front yard - he listened and executed exactly according to our style and had such great ideas related to an area we wanted paved (he recommended pavers we would never have thought of choosing ourselves and they're perfect for the area!). Not only does Philip have an immense knowledge of landscape design but his team, led by Jose, were such professionals - a wonderful, helpful and experienced team who were a joy to have at our house. Thank you - our new garden is beautiful!

I’ve used many landscapers over 40 years and this is the best I’ve had. The owner was very knowledgeable about putting in the right plants. His crew was on time, professional and courteous. They cleaned up afterwards. I will be using Secret Gardens again.

Plants and Planters is a hidden gem in Richardson! They have an incredible selection of healthy, vibrant plants - everything from unique indoor varieties to beautiful outdoor landscaping options. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help, whether you’re a seasoned gardener or just getting started. I really appreciate how convenient the location is, too - easy to get to and plenty of parking. If you’re looking for a local nursery with great customer service and an amazing plant selection, this is the place to go!

We absolutely loved worked with Secret Gardens! We could not be happier with how our landscaping turned out. What we appreciated most working with Secret Gardens was their attention to detail and care. Secret Gardens only produces high quality work along with being extremely attentive, thorough, and fast with the process! I could not recommend more and we will continue to work with this company!

Secret Garden provides excellent service for the whole project including planning, execution and follow through. Phillip offered ideas for improving our back and front yards we had not even thought of. Our project included masonry, new grass, plant installation, sprinkler system updates and fence repair. The crew was prompt, quick but also took adequate time to do the project well and provided good clean up services. We interviewed several landscapers before selecting and are very glad we went with Secret Garden.

Melina in garden was awsome, thanks for your help.

Better than some of the other home depot locations, small area inside but they regularly turn the parking lot into extra sales space.

I have been at the Home Depot in Richardson several times to purchase "stuff" for my yard....their customer service needs to be revamp. In several occasions I have requested assistance to load my vehicle and the assistant never showed up even though I see them cruising in the parking lot doing nothing...... I went to the Home Depot in Jupiter/Buckingham and as soon as I was leaving the garden area one of the staff asked me if we needed assistance, we said yes and within minutes a young man came running to help us....BIG DIFFERENCE!!!!! from now on I will take my business and money to this tore instead of the one in Richardson.....

My second day with me and my roommates. Did this with everything we got from there

Just had some great help and talk with their associate lynn. Such a friendly lady who deserves a great bonus for her efforts

I already liked them in the past, and now they were the only one in town to have what I was looking for :) (a white rose of sharon) Northaven did not have it, home depot neither, calloways neither, the nursery on Greenville and Arapaho I believe, neither.

Great selections and great price. I shop at Bruce Miller for years. Must buy vegetables n flowers every spring time.

Enjoyed my first visit. It would be nice if they fixed the concrete. One woman's basket turned over when she hit a hole covered by water.

Bruse Miller’s nursery is the very best I’ve come across in this area for healthy plants. Their quality of the plants and flowers I find very robust and healthy! I found the flowers to be very Harty and most of the blooms are not in the floor board of your car by the time you get them home like they can be from the big box stores. I’ve found that Miller’s nursery is not like the some stores that just happen to sell flowers and plants and, flowers along side the power tools and washing machines. Bruse miller’s nursery care for the flowers and make sure they are in an area in which they can thrive until d some one come through and can adopt a plant or flower. But when they leave your educated on just the right area needed, to help the plant continue to thrive. You can buy some flowers to plant, from big box stores. However, if you want to plant and grow some flowers, herbs and, shrubs or trees , take a trip to Bruse’s nursery, on Belt Line in Richardson. If you don’t have a green thumb when you come in, it will start to turn a shade of green when you leave. Plus!!🤩🤩They answer the phone! With a live person! 😱 The fact that they will answer their phone, thats worth 4 stars alone! but answer with a live person who knows plants and is polite on the phone! That’s worth all the 5 stars and I give it 5 more!👍🏽👏🏽👊🏽

One of the best nurseries in North Dallas. Great selection and knowledgeable staff. They carry old school plants you can't get at Walmart or Home Depot

All of their perennials were absolutely fried to a crisp. Super disappointing to drive all the way here just to see a bunch of dead plants. They obviously don’t take care of them.
-
My wife and I like this really large nursery very much. They have good selling and return policies unlike their competition Plants and Planters who were rude and would not accept the fact they sold us a defective plant.

I used to love shopping here. Lately the place always seems to have a lazy, uninformed girl behind the counter who seems like she would rather be anywhere else than there. The last time I went (which will be my LAST time! ) there was some guy sitting inside who snapped at me for asking the lazy girl if she was sure they didn't have the plant I was looking for. Hey, jerk.....shouldn't you be outside watering or something like the other employees that were actually busy tending to the place?? Anyway, too much competition out there to be treated like this. Over the years I have spent a FORTUNE at Bruce Miller. Other nurseries will be glad to take my money. I'm sure of it!! ;)

No prices on most plants so you are surprised at the register and no one to ask. Lastly the glass doors to checkout are not good for getting big heavy metal carts into when really they should be waiting to come out and tally our order or open the door for customers!

I've never been disappointed with Bruce Miller Nursery. I called all over the Dallas area to multiple nurseries for peach Drift Roses - they had eight (8), I asked them to hold them for me and they did. Once planted, I have had the most glorious yard in the area - the roses are the best - but Bruce Miller Nursery is better!
