What a great company. They were very accommodating to help my elderly mother in a tight time frame with some unusual circumstances. Excellent customer above and beyond the norm!

Fast courteous honest and affordable. Highly recommend! Arborist was knowledgeable and clearly communicated answering all of our questions and concerns. We had 4 large trees and several smaller landscaping elements that were too complicated for me to safely maintain on my own. Several of the trees were not typical to this region and his training and experience and was clearly an asset as he honestly answered all of our concerns.

Brian Cox (arborist) is very knowledgeable and willing to spend the time explaining what was needed for my sycamore trees. There is no charge for the initial consult and written estimate was reasonable. Crew performing work were excellent and thoroughly cleaned up debris.

I cannot recommend any other tree service than Davey Tree Company. The tree team, Coyote, Dave, and Chris, were very professional and extremely knowledgeable while removing limbs and pruning our trees, especially with a large tree that we have maintained over the years. We had a diseased tree positioned within inches next to a new fence, between a neighbor's home and our house that needed to be removed. They took their time and removed it with care as not to damage any nearby structures. They cleaned the area every day and were sensitive to keeping us safe during removal. Brian, the arborist, was also available if needed. I highly recommend this company and will use them again! Thank you for your professionalism and expertise!

The Dallas Team at Davey Tree is beyond professional and competent. I have worked with Brian Cox for many years. He is reponds promptly, is always on point, and ready to educate in the most respectful manner to not only myself but my neighbors. The team that he assembles to provide the services is ALWAYS well informed of his specific directions for my property, and they work together seamlessly. This years extensive work on my multi century live oaks and other mature trees was performed by an astute and effective team leader,
Angelo. He was thoughtful of my property and the other subcontractors working on site. He led the others on his team Jose D., and Sam H., with clear direction and respect.These two gentlemen worked together under Angelos' direction and in concert with his skills, tirelessly for 2 full days, with great effort to keep everything tidy and on track as they worked. Everything about the experience was pleasant and professional. Arborist was knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me on services I didn't need. The office was incredibly helpful when I had questions. Timely response to inquiry and scheduling an inspection of the work requested. Great price structure for the scope of the work. Crew was polite and professional. Clean up after the work was great. Only 1 concern: would have preferred that the arborist who assessed and quoted the work been present when the work was performed so as to direct the crew to the scope of the work intended (crew's written instructions were brief and limited to the short description included with the estimate).

The Davey employees were on-time, prompt and did a good with all the trimming.

We've used Davy Tree for almost 30 years. They take wonderful care of our trees and our neighbors have noticed. They have started using them, too. We recently had extensive thinning of older, overgrown trees. They did a very careful and aesthetically pleasing job. We now have sunlight in our yard and on our grass. They were quiet and efficient, communicated with me during the day about their progress, and did a thorough clean up afterwards. Their pricing seemed very reasonable. They will continue to be our tree service provider!

Nice knowledgeable people work for Davey. I really don't know about price comparison because I've only ever used Davey. I could probably find a company that would trim my trees for less, but Davey just seems to know what they're doing. Also the team works hard and is efficient. I had 2 massive elms, 5 or 6 crepe myrtles, and 7 fairly large privacy bushes trimmed, cleared and hauled away for 1200.00

Aaron is our arborist, and I just cannot say enough about him and this company. We have been using them for years, even throughout moving, and they have consistently been honest, dependable, and available. It is really nice to know we can trust what they say and not be worried about being sold something we don’t truly need. I just wanted to post this out of gratitude because sadly, it’s not the norm any more these days. Thank you Aaron and Davey!

Adrian did a great job of treating my tree with a Fungicide. He also fertilized it. A+ for Customer Service I will be using this company again
