I have used their services several times for a full house clean with 2200 sq feet. I have been extremely pleased with the thorough cleaning each time. I would definitely recommend this service.

Pop-Ins Maid Service always leave my house very clean. They are very friendly. I have used them for 3 years now. I am pleased with the service they provide. Will continue to use them. I am very picky!

Two hard working, nice ladies. They made sure to clean the particular spots that I pointed out. Left the house looking clean and neat with a fresh smell. I want them next time.

I have used Pop In Maids for over 10 years. I moved 3 miles away to a bigger home (which is more expensive to clean) and the ladies now won't "drive that far". It is THREE MILES away from the other home. I would not recommend this service, stay far away. They don't want your business and they don't pay their people enough to drive 3 extra miles.

Each time the team visited my home to clean they stayed less and less time. Although I paid for 2 1/2 hours for 2 people to clean (5 hours of cleaning) they were not staying the full time but continued to charge as if they were staying the full 5 hours of cleaning. When I questioned them about the less hours of cleaning they suddenly could not understand or speak English. I finally cancelled the service. I had used Pop-In Maids over 3 years.

They did an OK job but definitely the quality has gone down over the last five or six years since the last time I used them. They were several hours late and I think the girls were a little tired.

Great business the ladies always show up on time and do a great job! Great price as well! I have used Pop-ins for a few years now and they are always great will continue to use their services.

They never called or wrote a text to notify me for cleaning on the day of my appointment. They canceled me and didn't tell me! So i waited three hours then called to verify they were coming just for them to tell them there not coming. Don't recommend using a company that treats first time customers with this lack of customer service skills and respect.

I have had Pop-Ins coming to my home for about 8 years now, and have consistently been very happy. Beth and Linda are easy to deal with, and all of the staff I have met and that have cleaned my home over the years did a good job.

We used Pop-Ins Maid Service for a deep clean in advance of putting our home up for sale. Several of the items - like wiping our outer cabinets and baseboards - were left completely undone, while others - like the shower - were done poorly. When I called to complain, the staff member seemed unconcerned. After a second phone call, they offered a small amount off our next service...no thanks. I escalated my issue and eventually received a small amount off of our originally quoted price. I ended up spending the night re-cleaning the home I'd just paid to have done.

I used to use this Pop-Ins maid service til I moved. Since I moved back and want to use it again. This woman from Pop-ins came and cleaned my house. Before she left..i looked around thought all good. After she left I wished I had look closer.
Found few she missed. Plus an earring I used it as a weight to cover my tv camera. it was stolen. I had it for years. I looked around if it fall down. Nothing. I was very disappointed. Still disappointed. I thought it good service like before. Next time keep an eye who does the cleaning.

I had used Pop-Ins Maid Service for numerous years at my previous home. I called them to have them come and do a cleaning at my current residence, and they never showed up. I kept calling and every time I called they would tell me they were going to be here in 30 minutes this went on for hours, to the point that I got upset with them and they just flat out stood me up. Terrible customer service, they over book their employees to where it’s impossible for them to stay on any type of schedule. I was more than patient with them until they kept lying to me.

I’ve recommended this company to so many people, but I will not make that mistake again after the horrible service that I received. They also would not tell me who the owner of the company is so that I could let them be aware of the situation. There’s absolutely zero excuse to miss lead a customer and stand them up.

I was nervous bc I've never used a cleaning service before. When I called I really appreciated the woman that explained everything to me. On the day of service she arrived on time and did an amazing job. I'm so happy to have them come again.

i called for a move out cleaning and was quoted a price than after services were done i was billed a higher price, $30.00+ difference, so i called several times and left messages finally spoke to the manager. i explained what happen and she said that my apartment was really dirty so that is why i was charged more. I told her it was not because i left it empty and i know how i left it. This was the 2nd time i used their service and i actually left it dirtier the first time and was not over charged than. I requested a refund of the difference and a check was supposedly mailed to my old address and i called left my new home address so they can reissue a check. NEVER received a check. I was disappointed and found this company not professional. I do not understand why they couldn't honor the quote given and they decide to be rude regarding why they over charged me. Than they say they will refund me but NEVER send my refund.

I have been using their service for many years, but only a couple of times a year when I'm feeling really behind in life and not keeping up myself. Always have had a good experience, except for once. It was an isolated thing where I did call, they noted the experience, and made sure that individual never returned. Other than that, they always do a good job. Thanks Antonio, Maria, Eva.

I can honestly say it was the best $75 I've ever spent. My 1500 sq. ft. house was move-in-clean by the time their 3-person crew was done. The booker was friendly and told me where to find coupons for the service, she didn't try to immediately sell me into a scheduled service contract, and she answered all of my questions. They even call before-hand to remind you.

I would have liked if their crew wore uniforms, and next time I will ask them to use Orange Glo on the hardwoods instead of regular mopping. But aside from that, I was absolutely pleased.

Jessica did an amazing job! The house looked great and smelled great once they finished cleaning! I will definitely request Jessica again.

They do a fantastic job at what they do. And there's a list of of things that they do. My problem was that I wanted the house clean. So if you have some things that are not on their list, you know, like cleaning the kitchen cabinets, it's not going to be done. Apparently you can pre arrange for extras. So this is a great one off service. But it is not set up for ongoing house cleaning unless you don't mind maybe about 20% of the house not being touched. The crew is of the mindset to get their list of things done and get out of the house as quickly as possible. They have no problem ignoring dirty areas not on their list.

I have been receiving cleaning services from Pop Ins for 27 years and have been pleased with their services. The services I received today were exceptional. My hardwood floors were cleaned to perfection.
