Great customer service. One of my main focuses was having my refrigerator cleaned and it had not been touched within the allotted time frame. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, the team came right back and completed the job. I would prefer next time using some essential oil or even lemon scented pine-sol before finishing because the bleach smell was REALLY strong.

Spotless Heroes Cleaning Company truly lives up to their name! I had a last-minute cleaning emergency on a Saturday, and they were the only company that could come out within a few hours — when no one else could. They did an absolutely amazing job, especially with dusting . On top of that, they were the most affordable out of all the companies I called. Fast, thorough, and budget-friendly — I highly recommend them!

I called in and one day later I had spotless Hero’s come to clean my apartment. When she got here, my place was pretty dirty and after She did a deep clean on my Apartment it looks better than when I first moved in. I would highly recommend having this company clean your house. She definitely took her time and made sure it was perfect before she left. She was also very polite and trustworthy as well!

I hired them to get my new home spotless. It is an empty home so all I asked for was deep cleaning of the baseboards, bathrooms, all cabinets need to be cleaned and wiped. Brand new carpet in only media room, office and closets. I got there when they were close to being done bc my husband told me to come see myself, he already told the cleaning ladies (2 of them) to clean areas that didn’t look clean. I get there and I am literally swiping my fingers on the floor and baseboards. I kept getting oh sorry we forgot this or missed this. I was walking in my “clean home” without shoes and I can just feel the floors super dirty. I was so frustrated. Tim was very nice to deal with and offered for them to stay longer to clean everything after 5 hrs of cleaning. At this point, it was 9 pm already. I told them I will come back in an hour to check again. At 10:30 pm I pointed out the mudroom being dusty still. I got another response as sorry we forgot this part. I was so annoyed now and told them it’s ok I will have to pay someone else now on top of what I have to pay spotless Heros. Well my place is definitely not spotless. I noticed my lights in the kitchen above the island was super dusty too. I have to get on my hands and knees to show them how dirty behind the toilets is still. I also requested them to wear shoe covers once the area was cleaned. Guess what?! They forgot the shoe covers! The mops and cleaning supplies I noticed are not heavy duty. My once a month guy does way better job at cleaning than this “deep cleaning”

I just noticed that my fresh painted cabinet color is ruined. I asked them not to touch the cabinet bc it was freshly painted and they told me they “forgot” they were not supposed to touch it. Now I have to pay the painter more money to fix it. DO NOT HIRE these unprofessional cleaners who don’t even use steam to mop floors!!!

I hired them for a deep clean of my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. I specifically mentioned the oven as I wanted to make sure that got cleaned. The lady who came out was nice and personable however, I did not get the results I expected of a “deep clean”. Looking at all the positive reviews I am not sure why they fell short on my job. Maybe for basic cleaning they are good but would not recommend for a deep clean.

I was thoroughly impressed with the cleaner, Maria. I attached some photos. I was not expecting blinds, dustboards, and other things. I will definitely recommend your services. The only negative is that Maria did nor speak English but we used an online translator.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE JOB!!! This was AFTER a white glove service!!! Office manager stated the cleaner “forgot” her checklist! This was JUST the headboard on one bed and one bathroom counter - no exaggeration. All rooms weee like this. STAY AWAY!!!

We used clean n pristine consistently over the last 6 years, and we’re almost never disappointed! They are professional, prompt and always responsive. If a clean was not as I wanted it (which was very rare), they always worked to make right. Phenomenal service and a good value too.

Clean n Pristine comes monthly to clean my home. They always arrive within the designated time slot, are professional, and leave my house spotless.
