After trying out a couple different maid services, I found Molly Maid of Plano, Rockwall and Rowlett. I've been using them for over a year now. Team #5 is the team that cleans my house. They do an excellent job every time! My house is always spotless. They definitely don't cut any corners, and they do a deep and thorough cleaning! Highly recommend! The price is well worth it.

Carol and Vanessa were out today and did an exceptional job. Everything is so clean, bright and shiny. And it smells amazing!

Initially I received a cleaning on 1/2/26. And at first I was disappointed in the quality of the cleaning service I received. The inside of the oven was a bit oily, a couple hair strands in the cabinets, and when I took a wipe and wiped the floor the floor was not clean.

I do appreciate that company management reached out to me and rectified the situation. I respect the attention to detail, for a business owner to prioritize the customer and provide a solution.

Based on their response I would consider using this service again.

Team #14 is the best. Maria, Arely and Sandra are so kind. They don’t just come in and clean, they ask me about my family and love on the dogs. They always do a great job and are very efficient. Love this team!

We have been needing a company to come in and clean for a while now. We finally booked Molly Maid and were pleasantly surprised by the great customer service and affordable price. We've had the pleasure of having Team #6 with Carol and Ingrid clean our home, and they have done a wonderful job. They are quick, thorough, and friendly. Our home feels fresh and spotless after every visit, and it's such a relief to have this taken care of so professionally. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and friendly cleaners!

I would say they are by far the best cleaning service I have had! Very thorough and cleaned soooo well! I have very happy. I have had a hard time finding a cleaning company for the past 3 years. I have finally found them.

Josefina and Luisa did an amazing job on our house. I didn’t know our shower could look that good. We needed a one time clean for a party we had no time to prep for. We’re booked on a Monday and they showed up by Friday. We’re so grateful for all that they did! Totally worth the money.

Our first time using a maid service and thought it was 100% worth it! Team #2 did a fantastic job. They were kind, respectful, efficient and thorough! Definitely doing a monthly package going forward to help with the deep cleaning we just don’t have time to do.

Molly Maid was fantastic. Josefina, Angie and Mayte (group 3) were all friendly, detailed and hard working. The house was very clean and they also took an extra step for a supervisor to stop by to make sure everything was to our liking.

Carol and Vanessa provided great service. They were friendly and courteous. They arrived on time and did excellent job. I will definitely reach out to Molly Maids again because of them!

Molly maid was fantastic! They did a great job and got all the hard spots clean inside the master bathroom shower. More specifically, Team #3, Josefina and Maria were very friendly and hardworking! We will definitely be getting service again! 😊🎉

Molly Maid did an excellent job of cleaning. We’ve been without a cleaning service for a while so our apartment was in need of a good cleaning. They dusted mopped and even found my husband’s lost credit card under the sofa. The house has never been so clean. Team 8 Lola and Ingrid were friendly efficient and very honest. A small picture frame accidentally and Molly maid wants to replace the frame. My last housekeepers wouldn’t even let me know when they broke something and I notice months later. I am so pleased and looking forward to continued great service from the team

The 2 cleaners were wonderful. My apt was VERY DUSTY and my floor space needed thorough cleaning. The 2 girls were very sweet, kind and did such a good job on cleaning. I live alone and am 79 yrs old. I needed help and I appreciate their thorough cleaning. I hope the same girls can come for my 1x/per month cleaning.

I’ve been using this company for several months now. There has been a different team each time and that makes it challenging for my personal preference. However, each cleaning has got better and better. The first cleaning was a 3, next was a 4 and today with team 13 (Viviana, Sandra, and Tania) was a 5! They always ask for a walkthrough and anything I feel was missed they are 100% willing to correct it right then and there I am very happy with the communication from the company and the cleaners. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Every room was cleaned with care and attention to detail—from sparkling floors to perfectly fluffed pillows, they didn’t miss a thing. The booking team was very helpful and thoroughly explained Molly Maid's cleaning procedures. Working full-time and taking online classes part-time leaves me with not much free time to do a deep clean myself. I'm very grateful for Cynthia, Viviana, and Luisa (Team 13) for getting my apartment cleaned today. It looks like how it did when I first moved in, and feel like I can rest easy today.
