I can't say enough good things about Truficient. They went above and beyond when our a/c broke down in the middle of a heat wave in 2018. Even though they were extremely busy and working long hours, they took care of us.
Truficient is building its business the right way by providing excellent service and taking great care of their customers.
I am so happy to have found them.
Truficient will get all of my HVAC business from now on.

Finding an outfit whose prices are fair, whose technicians are polite and competent and who seem proud of their work is not easy these days. Truficient came recommended by Mitsubishi as certified to install and repair mini split systems. They successfully completed the work on my mini splits at the price they quoted, cleaned up afterwards and everything works. They may very well be the DFW area's top experts on mini split systems.

Seriously the best company ever! Living in a rental and having to work with property management for approval, we were understandably distraught when our A/C kicked the bucket. Maintenance requests never go smoothly, and in the middle of a heat wave, we were freaking out. Everyone at Truficient made the process of getting the issue diagnosed, submitted, and approved by our property manager as fast and painless as possible. Mona was extremely helpful, and was able to get us taken care of right away. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC service.

Very satisfied with their service! Fast response, very punctual and professional! I contacted Eric to get a quote and the next morning the guys from his company were at my place for my AC service. They answered all my questions, took care of my AC unit and the owner followed up with me after the appointment. Highly recommend and definitely will contact them in future!

Best HVAC team I have EVER used to service my AC. They arrived on time, were extremely knowledgeable and were all perfectionists. They did even MORE work than they had quoted me because they wanted to repair/replace the botched work of the previous company (condensation plumbing and codensation pan) and didn't charge more than the original quote. The owner is very personable and responsible for ensuring his team does a superb job. Can't recommend them enough.

Eric and his team did an outstanding job. They were in and out within a day to completely change out our condenser, furnace, and new return. I would highly recommend Eric and the Truficient Energy Solution team for all of your A/C and heating needs.

We received quotes from several different companies when it was time to have our HVAC system replaced. Greg G and Truficient were far and away the most impressive and the best value. The entire team was responsive, on time, and professional during the process. Having your entire HVAC and ducts replaced is not an easy thing, using Truficient made it as smooth as possible. We have already recommended them to several friends and neighbors!

Old AC unit finally went out about a month ago and so I called a few place. Got two estimates which I felt like were a little high, boy was I happy I got that third estimate. Called Truficient and Eric and Gary came out and looked over the situation. They offered to work on the older unit but we were all in agreement that a new unit was in order. Scheduled for them to come out a few days later and install. There was a team of four led by Alphonso that day who came out and replaced old unit inside and out with a new Rheem Heat Pump and a great Ecobee 4 thermostat. I finally feel like my AC system is reliable. I love the new thermostat, you can control it by an app on your phone.

The guys that came out were clean, respectful and treat your property like their own. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys or have them come do more work for me.

Called back a few days later with a question about the system and they came back and adjusted a few things on the unit for me. These guys take pride in their work.

They were never pushy and I didn't feel like I was being sold a bill of goods. Honest prices and honest work. Thanks

I sent an online inquiry requesting a quote for service on my two year old mini-split unit. I received a phone call from Greg shortly thereafter, and he was able to get me on their calendar for the following day. Josh arrived on time; was a complete professional; cleaned up his workspace and made sure I was comfortable in how he was practicing safe distancing while talking to me about what work would be necessary to get my unit working appropriately.

The best part is that the final invoice was less than what Greg had quoted me. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family and will call them first should I need further work. Five stars!! A+!!

I had a Bosch 3 ton heat pump installed by Truficient Energy solutions. The guys were very professional and knowledgeable , they took great care in laying drop clothes down during the install. They were in and out in 4hrs and the unit looks and works great, Eric takes care of all your warranty paperwork for you. You can't go wrong hiring Truficient,

Eric and his Team were thorough, detailed, responsive, and took time to address all of my concerns. Working with them was the best experience I've had working with a contractor, HVAC or anything else. Gary, James, Al, Ricky, and Joe made sure they took care of things and took care of our house. I highly recommend them.

Truficient installed a brand newHVAC system in my home. They were professional and answered all my queries. The owner even gave a complementary courtesy call to fix an issue with a Nest Thermostat. Pricing is very competitive as well.

I needed some repair work done to close the sale of my house. And it needed to be done in 2 days! I obtained bids from 4 different companies. 2 of the companies could not get the work done on such short notice. One of the other companies had the highest priced BID. That’s where Eric and Truficient come into play. I received The lowest BID from Eric (one third the amount of the highest BID), and I received it the same day I first called him. And the work was performed the next day! It seemed a little too good to be true, so I closely inspected the work before making the payment. I can tell you it was top notch. Thank you Al and crew!
So if you want high quality, a fair price, and timely service, don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. You have found the right guys to do the work.

These guys are absolute professionals. Showed up on time, did a thorough, impressive job (even with me over their shoulder asking questions). They were incredibly respectful of my house, even though I told them I’m gutting it, and kept it clean.

Very transparent and informative (if you want that) and billing couldn’t be easier. Can’t wait to work with these guys again. They have my full trust, and are just sincerely nice guys to boot.

I just purchased my first home and as everyone who has been through the experience knows, it can be stressful and chaotic. You try to get it ready to move in and one thing leads to another and all of a sudden you have a number of contractors working at the house on top of each other.
I called Eric for a consultation and possibly to get a quote for my HVAC unit. Eric showed up with his employee and we went through the scope of work. He checked the unit and gave me a very professional assessment. There was work that had to be performed I was not anticipating but he was able to help me understand exactly what he had to do. Come to find out, the unit was performing at 50% so he could restore it to its full potential.
Generally speaking I am not a very trusting person but he was not pushy or aggressive and his professionalism on his field made me feel at ease. Surprisingly enough, he was able to give me a rough estimate on the spot and the following day he followed up, as promised, with his formal quote.
Out of all of my contractors, Eric has been the most efficient, professional and honest. Since I work during the day, he would update me over text on his progress and the job finished in a more than satisfying manner. The whole experience was seamless.
I know it sounds cliche but he is definitely someone I would highly recommend to people in need of the services he offers. As an interior designer, I have high standards, and Eric and his crew are definitely people I would hire again and again for future projects.

Truficient installed a Mitsubishi Minisplit HVAC unit in our studio and did a fantastic job. Greg and his team were extremely professional, helpful and skilled. We love the end result- the unit performs exceptionally well and was the way Truficient installed it was perfect- it's a very clean look. They were very responsive and helpful in communicating with us, our contractor, and electrician- the installation went off without a hitch. From the initial consultation I had with Greg our interactions were pleasant and informative. Not only are we happy with the product and service, but it was a great value. I would highly recommend Truficient to anyone with HVAC needs!

What an excellent experience I had with Truficient from beginning to end! I contacted them to get someone out to the house to relocate the thermostat to an alternate location and they had some guys out the very next day. They were on time for the appointment and communicated with me throughout the process to explain what they were doing. Both technicians were respectful and professional, which I greatly value as a single female homeowner. My AC is just a few years old so I also had them do a tune up/inspection of it. The technician explained to me the results of the inspection (no issues) and answered all my questions. They made sure to clean up before they left and sent the invoice to me via email to pay. I value a seamless process and Truficient gave me just that. I will absolutely return to them for any HVAC needs I have in the future.
