I can't say enough about the customer service I received from Energy Attic. From my first meeting with Andrew, to Kendra at the customer service desk, the install techs, the follow up techs, Chris, and Ethan, everything went smoothly and I'm cool as a cucumber! I'm retired and on an extremely limited income. Chris was able to direct me to a reliable finance company and put my mind at ease that I was able to entirely replace my 27 yr old unit that was using so many amps it was melting my breakers. Thank you Team Energy Attic!

Great job installing the radiant barriers in both attics, new R-30 insulation, and removing old soiled insulation. Prompt on time service and in addressing concerns.

We Scheduled an appointment to have our HVAC units serviced. They were almost 2 weeks out on scheduling (which is fine). The day before the appointment, I get a call there’s an “emergency” and they need to reschedule for another day. Rescheduled for today, and all of a sudden there’s another “emergency “ that actually just happened this morning. I said “that’s the same thing you told me last time”. Now, here we are having been waiting for all these weeks in a company who we’ve already paid and who’s clearly lying to us. So much for being faith based and operating with integrity. I wouldn’t recommend this company unless you just want to wait for your unit to not function in 90+ degree weather.
