Victor was very thorough in analyzing our heating problem and gave us good information on the way forward along with a cost estimate to help us in our decision making process. Ultimately it led to the purchase and installation yesterday of a brand new upgraded air conditioner/heater. Victor worked smart and hard in setting everything up, and he did a great job in explaining all the features. A+

Christopher Garrett was exceptional! He called in advance to provide ETA of his arrival and when he arrived he was courteous and professional. He changed out the under cabinet sink tubing in the primary bathroom. It had been slowly leaking but making a mess. He did a thorough test to make sure what he changed out didn’t continue to leak and cleaned up the area he worked in.
