we’ve called sawyer brothers plumber's service co. twice now for help with our home plumbing. the first job was a dishwasher install, and the old one had been plumbed so badly that our kitchen sink lost its hot water. not only did they fix that, they also made sure our whole sink setup matched plumbing code. apparently, the last owner had just dropped in a sink and hooked it up without proper venting or anything. now, we’re adding a new bathroom, and after our great first experience, we decided to go with them again. i’m handling most of the construction myself, and jacob, their remodel plumber, has been really patient and helpful—explaining each step and helping me line up the plumbing with my construction work so everything goes smoothly. whenever he put in something new, he made sure it was all up to code, and didn’t just connect new pipes to the old, out-of-date stuff. anytime i’ve had questions about what’s going on, he’s answered them with real interest and made sure i understood what was happening. the team has always been super professional and respectful of our house and our time when they come over. we’ll definitely keep using them for any future plumbing projects.

my pipes burst in my Richardson home and water started leaking everywhere. after trying to call a few other plumbing companies with no luck, i finally got in touch with a plumber who really cared. clinton answered the phone, listened to my problem, and quickly sent a crew over to fix the broken pipes. they worked fast and stopped the water before it could do any real damage. i was expecting the bill to be high, but the price turned out to be very fair. this is the only plumber i'll use from now on.
