Very professional. The office staff (I dealt with Madeline) was friendly and professional- calls were returned and questions answered. Easy to get an appointment. My technician Sebastian was friendly and did a great job fixing the issue and cleaning up afterwards. 100% would recommend to friends and family!

I was very pleased with the job that was done by Texas Plumbing solutions to move gas and water lines for my kitchen renovation. The plumber made sure everything was completed the correct way and even warned me of a possible risk with our current set up. I appreciated him looking out for us and preventing a flood!

Had a major plumbing issue underneath our pier and beam house unfortunately. Our old cast iron pipes began to split causing clogs. I called and they were able to beat a previous quote I had been given to get the majority of the pipes replaced with PVC. They also had someone out the very next morning after the call! The team was quick and incredibly friendly. Could not recommend their services enough!

Texas Plumbing Solutions came out and unclogged my kitchen sink pipes and also helped to properly plub the temperature and pressure release valve on my hot water heater. They did excellent work, very professional and answered all my questions! I highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs!

Texas Plumbing came out very quick after we found out we were having plumbing problems in our rental. They did a diagnosis of the issue and spoke with our property manager directly to let them know the repair recommendations. We were always able to get ahold of them and discuss any questions we had. I had a great experience using Texas Plumbing Solutions! I had several plumbing projects @ home I had been putting off. Finally bit the bullet and called them on a coworker’s recommendation. The guys showed up on time, they were courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. They knocked out all my projects one by one, didn’t waste any time, and left my place as clean as they found it. I highly recommend them!

Elisha got us a competitive quote quickly on a large job last year and his team was able to start the work right away. They finished quickly and left our property in great shape. Very accomodating as far as payment methods as well. We used this company again for some smaller repairs last month and have appreciated their flexibility with communication/scheduling (texting the office and arranging entry to our property when we are not able to be home).

Texas Plumbing Solutions LLC was great to use as a local DFW plumber to use. Worked with my schedule and quoted me fair prices to fix my shower and install two toilets at my house. Great experience on 9/26/23. We had a gas leak coming from a connection pipe on the outside of the house. The gentleman from Texas Plumbing Solutions quickly identified the source, grabbed a new part, and replaced it within about an hour. He also didn’t mind me asking questions and getting insight into the work. Pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend.

The crew did excellent job replacing drain pipes under the house. We appreciated their hard work. They stayed on schedule and did quality work. We will use them for future projects.

We pretty much redid the entire house reorganising existing kitchen, bathrooms and adding additional bathrooms that made our timelines of Remodelling increase significantly

All our plumbing is hanger plumbing and they have to crawl through tunnel spaces for few changes and they did that too.

It has been long wait on our part and these guys have been with us this entire time patiently helping us. They have been there all the time with prompt response when needed and took care of all the work and got through city inspections passed.

We are getting ready for final fixtures installed to move into the house.

One of the worst things you can hear as a homeowner is “you have plumbing issues.” We had multiple companies come out and give insane estimates and treated us like a way to make money.

But then we found Texas Plumbing Solutions. They were very quick and very fair on price. It’s clear they are not trying to take advantage of their clients. I appreciated the different options they gave to fix our sewer line leak. They were also the cheapest inspection quote we got. And then fixed the leak quicker and cheaper than any other company would.

Though everyone was helpful, the real star of the show was Madalyn. She communicated with me through text regularly, answered my questions quickly, and even helped organize some questions and paper work after I had already paid. As a customer, it’s so helpful to have someone communicating with you as if she’s just a friend who wants to help you out.

Great company. I’ll use them again should I ever (heaven forbid) have plumbing issues again.

This was my 3rd positive interaction with Texas Plumbing Solutions. The first was for an emergency gas leak repair. The second was a full consultation for options on a plumbing remodel and most recently a personal referral to a gentleman they have partnered with in the past, due to their own busy schedule and bandwidth.
