We've used Texas Plumbing Solutions twice and both occasions left us feeling very pleased, especially after major projects were completed. All of the plumbers that came on site were respectful, professional, and left our home in good care.

We've used this company several times and recommend them to our friends who need plumbers. They responded quickly, gave us a fair price, and finished the project exactly when they said they would. This latest time was a huge job and we have no complaints!

We’ve used Texas plumbing solutions for years and have always been happy with their service! They’re competitively priced, quick to respond, and go above and beyond during service. One time they spent all day replacing our gas line in 30 degree rainy weather. They’re my go to call!

We used Texas Plumbing Solutions for a large job, replacing the sewer lines. Elisha was very easy to work with, always responded to communication. Their price beat many others. While no job is perfect, and scheduling around things like rain and city inspections can be hard, Elisha and team made good on everything I asked for. They cleaned up, fixed sprinkler system, and credited for a damaged lawn chair. Would recommend!

Elisha and team were top notch and incredibly professional. Communication was on point throughout the entire project and the site was left as good as it was before they started. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing plumbing services in the DFW area.

Team were very prompt and professional upon arrival. They completed the smoke test per the negotiated cost and then charged additional labor for small repair. I would have liked to of known the scope and cost before receiving the bill later though.

Interesting to hear that you performed an investigation. You neglected to mention any of this during our correspondence before you went dark.
However, your previous response regarding an "investigation" is misleading and inaccurate. Your W2 employee was the one who purchased the very specific part you referenced.

The invoice that you generated (#6058 dated 3/30/2023) had my address on it and you were paid by me directly. It's truly disappointing when a contractor who vocally stands behind their work is unwilling to take responsibility for the small amount of times things don't go according to plan. I regret that I didn't ask for a Certificate of Insurance before I let you and your team into my house. Everyone reading this should absolutely do the same for ANY contractor as I've learned now that I'm out my hard-earned money and this company is avoiding their responsibility to repair the damage, citing "the whole of their work" as an excuse to do so.

Please don't respond unless it's to offer an apology and/or an offer to make things right.

Elisha's Texas Plumbing Solutions helped us with a bathroom remodel, which included installing new sink hardware and drains, replumbing the master shower and tub. Shortly after they were finished, one of the sinks leaked into our new cabinets and the master tub leaked above our kitchen. I had someone come out quickly to access the water leak and Elisha came to investigate the tub leak.
After paying north of $500 to have the ceiling patched and repainted, the tub leaked again. I called several times and was able to text back and forth with Elisha, however, he stopped responding when I asked for assistance for payment due to the damage as a result of his faulty work. I can't in good faith recommend this company to anyone based on the results we had.
