Reviews of local pros in Richardson, Texas

Ivan and his team did an excellent job repairing our metal roof. We had four different areas of our metal roof that were leaking into our home and needed immediate repair work before the next round of storms that were forecasted to arrive the following week. Ivan came to the rescue with an immediate response and competitive estimate. Ivan was professional, courtesy, knowledgeable and responsive. He and his team used quality materials to repair the leaks and did a thorough job waterproofing our roof including all 3 of our skylights. We greatly appreciate his work ethic and the quality work for a reasonable price. We highly recommend him and his team!

After the recent hail in Dallas, I contacted Ivan and his team for the free roof inspection. He took pictures and show me the state of my roof, walked me through the claiming process with the insurance company and helped me got it approved. He and his team then done an excellent job of installing our new roof, keep the surrounding area of my house clear and cleaned up after installation. Would really recommend his team to everyone in Dallas/Richardson area.

Impressed with Mr. Delgado's professionalism and really appreciated the before & after pictures of my roof. Will use again in the future

I’ve worked with Ivan on a few occasions. He’s always great to work with. Most recently, his team came out and inspected my roof the day I called. It was the day before a second round of storms was due. They found the source of the leak which was my old satellite dish. The guys removed it and also replaced two old exhaust vents. They patched the roof with a perfect match of shingles. Ivan doesn’t try to upsell, he just gets the job done. I gladly recommend New Elite Roofing.

A tree damaged our roof and created a hole in our attic. We discovered the problem the day before a rain storm was due. I called New Elite because of their excellent reviews and they did not disappoint. Ivan went above and beyond to get out to my home the same day and completely repaired my roof before the rain arrived. Ivan was very responsive, and professional, and provided quality work at a fair price. We have no doubt who we will use for all future roofing needs.

I called Ivan after a major hail storm in Wylie. He answered the phone was very responsive and timly. He's very accomdating and very quick to get the repair process started. Our roof and all other items were completed within about 1 week.
If anything arises in the future we know who to call

I contacted New Elite Roofing for some minor repair work from recent storm damage -- a few shingles missing. On the second story, and difficult to access. Ivan responded the same day, and since he was in the area, he was able to stop by and make the repair right away -- excellent work, and I am super pleased. Very friendly and also found an additional shingle missing I had missed. Many thanks! My highest recommendation.

I called New Elite Roofing when my new home insurance claimed my roof needed a few spots worked on. Ivan came out for me to have a look and see what was going on. He was very honest with me and told me my roof was completely fine. He even wrote a report saying so and gave me pictures of my roof to give to the insurance to prove things were good up there. I was so thankful for his help. New Elite Roofing is now my top recommendation to anyone I know who needs a roofer and who I'll call when I have any issues with mine.

I called Ivan about needing fascia boards replaced on my roof and he came the same day, quoted the job and finished the job the same day. I also asked him if they can replace my rotten garage door frame boards and he did that also the same day complete with nice trim and weather stripping. They matched my paint very well and left everything neat and clean. The quality of the work was excellent at a very competitive price. I highly recommend this company.

New Elite Roofing replaced my entire roof, gutter system and fascia. We used Owen’s Corning True Definition Duration Storm shingles which is rated as Class 4. The price was fair and the work was good and on schedule. Ivan the president is very good to deal with and cares about customer service. I would recommend them for any roofing project.

I have had a seriously excellent experience with New Elite Roofing getting my roof replaced due to storm damage. Ivan provided a rapid response to my initial request for an estimate. Pricing was competitive and quite reasonable. The team that performed the repairs was exceptional. The team showed up early and accomplished roof replacement one day and gutters the subsequent day. The work was professional, quality of work was excellent. Ivan and the work team were professional, courteous, friendly, and superior in every respect.

My experience with the company was so good that I already have become a repeat customer. My subsequent projects have received the same level of professionalism that my first did. Experience working with Ivan and the company team has been quite pleasurable.

I highly recommend Ivan and New Elite Roofing for roofing and construction needs.

Ivan and his crew stopped by promptly after my call, and came out the following day (a weekend) to replace multiple facia and soffits. Amazing job, the crew went above and beyond! Highly recommend them for roofing work, and would definitely be using their services in the future.

I had the pleasure of working with Ivan on getting my roof replaced. He was super responsive and worked with me from the initial estimate till the final claim. I appreciated that he walked through every detail with me. I would 100% recommend Ivan to my contacts who need roofing. My new roof looks mighty fine and gives me peace knowing it has been replaced and no leaks exist. Thank you a million Ivan and New Elite Roofing.

I had a great experience with New Elite Roofing. Ivan was incredibly helpful — he came out within 30 minutes of my initial call, diagnosed the issue quickly, and didn’t charge me for the visit. He even helped clean out a clogged section of my gutters on the spot.

The next day, they sent someone to repair drywall in my garage from a previous leak. The work was clean, professional, and done right the first time.

New Elite Roofing was fast, responsive, fairly priced, and delivered quality results. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing roofing or related repairs.

I had a few things flagged in my inspection before I bought my home. I had Ivan to come out and take a look. He was so kind, considerate, and honest. He did not tell me I had to fix anything that didn’t absolutely need to be fixed which I appreciated. He immediately struck me as someone I could trust! Thank you Ivan!

Ivan is the absolute best. We were having issues with a previous contractor installation, and Ivan came over and meticulously documented everything that has to be fixed. Will be only working with him moving forward.

I would give 100 stars to Ivan and New Elite Roofing if it was possible. We had a leak in one of our dormers, that damaged several drywall spots. I had called a few other roofers and they all stated that the issue was too small and not worth their time.
Luckily we ran across Ivan. He was extremely responsive and friendly. He came to look at our issues the SAME DAY! Here’s the MIND BLOWING part, he was able to fixed it as well.
Very professional and knew exactly what was needed to be done. We are so grateful and I will be referring him to all my friends and family.

The owner Ivan was very responsive, coming over and giving me an estimate the same day I called. I had my front fascia trim boards replaced. The crew was professional, showed up on time, did great work and cleaned up after themselves! I asked for an extra coat of paint and he had a guy come out the next day to finish. I got many quotes for this job. and his professional roofer’s price was a few hundred dollars less than 2 handyman’s quotes. First 3 photos are ‘before’

With upcoming changes to my insurance premiums and several hailstorms since my roof was last replaced, I wanted to be proactive and have it inspected to ensure a claim wasn’t necessary before my deductible increased. Ivan responded quickly—coming out the very next day after I requested an appointment—and performed a thorough assessment of my roof.
He provided a detailed inspection report along with a comprehensive breakdown of the roof’s current condition. Ivan explained that, considering its age, the roof is in good shape and does not warrant a claim at this time. His honest and professional approach was greatly appreciated, especially since previous companies had pushed for a full replacement without justification.
Ivan’s transparency and integrity gave me confidence in his evaluation, and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofing professional.

New Elite Roofing came out to review and provide me a quote to repair a couple of issues I had with my roof due to some apparently previously poor work done by the roofer who replaced the roof in 2017. Ivan came out to the house and assessed the issues I pointed out to him and gave me a quote with detailed information on what needed to be done and why. I opted to have Ivan and his crews provide the necessary repairs. Both his gutter crew and roofing crew did an excellent job of making the necessary repairs, documenting what they did and cleaned up throughly. Highly recommended.

Had them drill a hole in my counter for a water filter. Very quick scheduling and service, and lowest price I found.
