It took 3 months from time of agreement to installation for a new light. Their crew broke part of our retaining wall while beating on our junction box with tools. They also struggled with rewiring the new light. Ultimately, they had to replace the electrical outlet after outsourcing multiple electrician teams to evaluate their initial work. The outlet was then installed upside-down and of course never fixed. This process was also accompanied by the most negligent communication practices of any contractor I have ever worked with. Rarely were calls returned. Rarely did I speak to the same person twice. Their crews showed up unannounced without follow up. Integrity is not a word I would associate with this business.

We had our pool re-plastered and tiles changed out. It turned out beautiful!! Miles was wonderful to work with. He has been very responsive and professional during and after our pool was completed. He wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work and outcome.

I’ve been using Integrity Pools for over two years. After some terrible experiences with two other well reviewed companies, I tried them. I’m certainly happy that I have them servicing my pool. Jim Dillingham has been servicing our pool weekly for at least 1-1/2 years and has been excellent - personable and professional. My pool is always clean and balanced and I receive communications from him every time he stops by. It’s amazing that I have the same great guy every week and can build that relationship with him. Never any surprises - just good work every time.

Besides the cleaning, I’ve used Integrity for a repair and filter cleaning in the past. In general, I’m pleased with their other services. They’ve got some great guys on the service side as well.

However, the weekly service provided is significantly better than any other I’ve ever had from any company. I also receive calls from the office to check on service. Integrity Pools is the best - they’re based in NE Dallas but I’m in the mid-cities.

After using several different pool service companies over the last 5 years, I have never felt compelled to leave any of them a favorable review until now. After a very high wind storm a couple days ago, our pool was covered with leaves and debris. Georgia, our regular service tech, went above and beyond cleaning our pool today. This was her regular weekly service call that required her to work much harder and more diligent than normal resulting in my pool never looking so good! So, my thanks, praise and congratulations to Georgia for a job extremely well done!
I've been using Integrity Pool service for about 3 months and have been more than satisfied with their responsiveness, professionalism and most of all their competence.

Have always been happy with my service whether it was my pool getting cleaned by Moy, our filter getting its semi annual rinse, or a standard repair. The communication and timeliness of repairs is always top notch. I never feel like I’m being swindled and the techs are always happy to explain to me how a specific part works or its importance.

Integrity Pools gave our pool a complete refresh with new tile and plaster. The process was a breeze. We worked with Chris on the planning and design and project manager Trace to get the build done. Every person who worked on the project was fantastic!

Wanna come swim in my pool? No. No one would. Integrity Pools started off strong and then has progressively gotten worse over time. I had high hopes, however, when you can’t control algae, it makes me wonder what else is being skipped over.

My video cameras showed employees emptying baskets and then leaving. No water chemical check. I complained and they changed the service tech. Got better, and then the pool water smelled and I called again. They changed the pool tech again and the smell went away. One time, I watched a pool tech check the Polaris pool cleaner and the bag had a huge hole in it. Not one pool tech ever wrote in their notes that the bag needed to be replaced. I can’t tell you how many pool techs I’ve been through.

Not much has changed and I’ve given them so many chances.

The last tech told me I could get a free dirt vacuum if I leave a five star review. (Which I thought was supposed to be done once a month):

“Hi this is Thomas from integrity pools if you leave a 5 star review with my name in it by the time I get to your pool you get a free dirt vacuum if you’re interested no cost to you”

And yes, I was out of town and the gate was locked last week so the tech couldn’t get to the pool. However, if the pool chemicals were being checked and balanced on a regular basis, there wouldn’t be this amount of algae.

So I ask you…Is this worthy of a five star review? No. It’s not.

Our pool has never looked better with Josh and Integrity Pools. We used them for tile replacement and then for comprehensive weekly cleaning. Excellent work. Josh leaves a written report on our patio after every visit detailing his work. Price is reasonable - less than our former company and they do more work. Highly recommend!

David was very responsive and helpful in our scope development process. He visited the property, took detailed measurements and helped us sketch out ideas.

We got what we thought we wanted from the design without any issues and his collaborative, non-pressuring approach made it easy to work with for first time pool owners.

There is a reason Integrity Pools was on the Best Pick Reports. We weren’t even sure we could a decent size pool in our yard, but David came in with an incredible design and made it come to life with the help and huge efforts of their contractors. They’ve been around a while and knew who to call or where to go when we hit any bumps with electrical, plumbing, patio etc. Dustin was the lead on the build process and was very easy to get in touch with and kept us updated throughout. 10/10 recommend Integrity Pools.

George and his assistant did an excellent job. They took the time needed for detail and to be certain that every pane sparkled. I will continue to use this excellent service.

Greg was so patient to listen to me and got me in touch within 25 minutes of Tech, Ricky Carter, who came out within 30 minutes to assist me with the situation. I appreciate both of their responsiveness, professionalism, and concern in helping me. This occurred on Juneteenth, holiday, and Green Army was open for business to help me!!
