I’m impressed with the service I got. Paul was knowledgeable and forthright. Maria was so helpful. Justin and Fernando were prompt, courteous and professional. Insulation, attic tent, and wind turbines were installed and area cleaned when done. I definitely recommend Climate Doctors!

Fantastic experience! They had excellent customer service staff, the technicians were here on time, explained the process to me and discussed prices as communicated over the phone, with all those taken cared of before start the job. They did a great job on the air duct cleaning, cleaned up nicely after the works were done, whole process took about 90 minutes for our 1 and half story home. We can tell they did a great job with the cleaning because even though they had suctions at the vent to catch the dirt, there's still a lot of dirt escaped the vent invisibly. We wiped the area close under the vents and there's lot of black dust. So we had been pretty happy with the overall experience. Keep up the good work!

Paul Boyd, the owner, is a certified, knowledgeable professional and an expert in his field. He conducted an energy audit, pinpointing areas for improved efficiency while also noting what was already working well—something most businesses don’t do. His focus was on maximizing customer value, not selling or upselling. I plan to use their services to address some of the identified issues.

The duct cleaning was scheduled for a separate day. The technicians arrived early, worked efficiently, and were thorough. The job and cleanup were completed to my satisfaction.

Update: changing it to 1 star. The owner Paul just called to insist his guys didn’t do anything. The damage is all just a part of my imagination I suppose. I was okay with 2 stars because the job was complete but don’t call and harass me about my review. I paid the company in full, company didn’t help with the repairs, and I fixed the damages in my own. 1 STAR.

Did an okay job minus the damage to my home. I had some insulation blown in. The do not pad any corners or edges. The hose will damage your edges and walls. I would recommend you pad the edges yourself before they do the job. I informed them about the damages but they still charges me full price for the services. They could have knocked a few bucks off for me having to repaint the areas and applying putty to all nicks. I only gave them 2 stars because they actually did the job. Won’t be using again for other services.

I had some work done by Climate Doctors. They were fantastic through and through. I had a turbine vent, insulation, and duct sealing work done, and the numbers are in!

When comparing my Ecobee runtime data + outdoor temp + indoor temp (by room), I can see:

A 43.9% (10.7hr -> 6hr) reduction in average A/C Cooling Hours per day (after normalizing data to outdoor temperature)
A 39.1% (18.4m -> 11.2m) reduction in cycle length when the A/C was on

After the IRA tax credits, my electricity company's $500 credit for having this work done, and my projected savings on my electricity bill brings me to, drum roll please: A very conservatively projected <15mo ROI on having this work done. It is likely to be closer to 10 months.

Folks, for a house project, it does not get much better than that. All of these numbers are in line with what I was told during the energy audit, and I'm super impressed and pleased.

Daryl was very nice . On time , clean and efficient . The only thing that threw me off was at first he said he was only gonna clean from the attic and didn't have to open each vent? I said oh that is not how it was described that you remove each vent and clean the outside as well. went to his truck then all of a sudden yes he is going to take each one off??? Also I was told they take before and after photos I would have liked to see them right when they were taken but he said he'll show me at end then when the end came I had to request them the next day because nothing came through and there is no way of telling which was a before or an after? They all look clean which tells me that we really didn't need to have them done even after 9 years ! We expected to see 2 inches of soot like an artery clogged like the advertisements show because I dust and 2 days later you would never know because of a film of dust on counters

Strongly recommend getting an energy audit completed on your home, especially when it's complimentary, thank you, Paul! There were quite a few items that needed attention in our home. The technicians Justin and Fernando were solid. They arrived on time, did a great job, were polite, and were very clean. They took before and after pictures, which shows how much I needed the work done. We went with the insulation to ensure it was at least 18 inches, the duct sealing of the junction boxes and HVAC unit, and we had to reroute the bathroom vent. We even did the optional UV-C light, which makes us feel much safer and takes a load off, especially in this current environment of being conscious of germs and all. Great technicians, great company, and solid work. Highly recommend Justin and Fernando :) The email and text reminder game is on point.

I asked Climate Doctors to clean my ceiling vent openings after I discovered that popcorn ceiling had been blown into the vents during the construction of the house and sat there for years collecting humidity and eventually mold! They did a thorough and professional job, cleaning up the mess and left my house better than it was before! I would not hesitate to use them again for any vent cleaning needed!

Sergio came out and did an excellent job, was very knowledgeable, and even pointed out some flaws that I did not know were there. We purchased our home in 2025 and I felt our gas and electric bills were both too high. I found Climate Doctors and ordered a complete energy audit for our home, there was no cost for this and we receive a $150 tax credit. We needed added attic insulation and duct cleaning/duct sealing. There were large gaps in several locations which was causing massive air flow loss and efficiency. We noticed a vast improvement to comfort and our furnace /AC does not run nearly as often as before. I am completely satisfied with Climate Doctors. Great communication, fair pricing for work, professional crews and they showed up on time. Both crews were in and out in less than 2 hours. They cleaned up extremely well after both jobs. I am anxious to see our energy savings and will post those results.
