Integrity Pools remodeled our pool, and did everything they said they would do, for the price they promised. The outcome was way more that we expected. Worth every penny. I highly recommend Integrity Pools if you are planning a remodel.

Steven is also our weekly pool service provider. Steven and Integrity Pool do a great job. I have not had to do anything to my pool in the past year. It's always clean and clear!

Integrity Pools does my weekly cleaning and also equipment repairs. Patrick is a magician at pool cleaning and it’s very detailed. Anthony does fantastic repair work and is a master electrician.

We have been using Integrity Pools for our weekly pool maintenance since we moved into our home in 2021. Thomas and the rest of the crew are always very reliable and do a great job maintaining our pool. Our pool is a challenge because it is very large and doesn’t have a ton of space around it. So we appreciate how clean it always looks. Communication is also great (always text when there’s an issue with the pool and thoroughly explain our options). Pricing is fair and we also like that they remodel pools and decks as well - a future project of ours. Highly recommend Integrity!

James C. is our pool tech, and he does a fabulous job ! He notifies me when he’s on his way to our house, and lets me know what treatment the pool needed. Integrity Pools did our pool remodel, which included mastic and grout replacement, new light fixtures, and new plaster in the pool and spa. We experienced professionalism, quick response time, eagerness to assist with any questions, concerns or issues and support through the whole process--from the sales rep, office personnel, and each technician who saw the job through to completion. There were a lot of teams involved and we were pleased with all of them. The end result is beautiful!

Integrity has serviced my pool for 3+ years now, and I absolutely love them. Jim comes to my house every week like clockwork - rain or shine - and does an amazing job every time! Great, reliable, friendly service - couldn't ask for better!

Integrity did an awesome job on our pool reno. We had our pool re-plastered after 25 years, new grey flagstone coping that replaced the old brick, and mastic all around. Our pool looks great and updated. Integrity did a great job of performing all the work, stayed with our job during weeks of drenching rain, and completed all the work promised. At the end when they restarted all our equipment, noticed a couple of small problems and fixed everything right away. This was everything we were looking for on our pool project and then some! Thanks to Russell and Mike for all their attentiveness to our job!

Jim does an incredible job on our pool. Excellent communication and goes above and beyond each visit. We greatly appreciate his attention to detail, he truly cares that we have a clean and functional pool.

I have been using Integrity Pools for weekly cleaning, so when it was time for a remodel, I of course got a quote from them. John came out and listened to what I wanted and then provided his input on what I should consider. I made a number of changes after the first quote and each time John was quick in responding. I did settle on Integrity Pools and am very happy I did. Matthew worked with me on the schedule and made it that the work was done in a week time frame. The checked with me throughout the process and then the Plaster Care product made the following two weeks easy on me, as they came out and managed the chemicals and brushing the new plaster. I am very pleased with the pool and would recommend them for anyone considering a remodel.

Our 35 year old pool was in really sad shape. We had David from Integrity Pools come out on give us a quote to do the repairs. David was honest in his assessment and they could start the project in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, the condition of the pool was far more extensive than either of us anticipated, but Integrity Pool continued to get the job done with some really hard working staff and sub-contractors. Although the cost of the renovation exceeded the original estimate, we were kept in the loop at each needed repairs and Integrity Pool tried to keep the cost down as much as was feasible. We are very pleased with the final results and would highly recommend this company to anyone considering pool repairs in the North Dallas area

I don’t know anything about large pools and equipment but when I have a problem after hours and it is an emergency, I can call Miles and he answers and walks me thru the process to manage the equipment in a way that I fix my problem. He was very patient and used ordinary language that even I could understand it. Best pool company I have ever worked with and Miles is the man!

Horrible service . I been a customer for a year , maybe more. The service degraded to the point the tech has not cleaned the pool in 8 weeks . All he does is come in , check the chlorine and maybe add some chlorine .
Only time I hear from integrity is when when want to upsell me on something I don’t need.
I uploaded pictures of my pool and how it looked after a service . It’s looked like this for at least 6 weeks at the tech . I do 90 percent t of the pool cleaning myself .

We switched to Integrity Pools earlier this year because the prior provider we had been with for 10+ years failed to show up for 6 weeks. That turned out to be a blessing in disguise. Our pool has never looked better. We are so thankful for John. He does a fantastic job keeping our pool clean and the water chemically balanced. He has a great personality and is very helpful.

Every pool contractor is stretched to the limit and we are no exception.

SO YOU ARE TAKING ON MORE JOBS THAN YOU CAN HANDLE, JUST WHAT A CUSTOMER WANTS TO HEAR.

My comments to you via our phone call, and our supervisors' comments in person were: "Please allow us to correct the problem". We had people on site ready to correct the spots and you drove them away, refusing us permission to correct the issue. This is confusing to us given your dissatisfaction.

NOT CORRECT THEM, ATTEMPT TO CORRECT, AFTER NOT BEING DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. YOUR SUPERVISOR COULD NOT GUARANTEE THEY WOULD BE CORRECTED.

My commitment to our customers is that I will do everything in my power to get the job done right first time, and if there are any problems that we will take care of them. When you will let us do that we'll be ready. Until then I wish you the very best and am sorry that we are in this situation.

AND IF THIS JOB WAS SO IMPORTANT, I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT THE OWNER WOULD HAVE SHOWED UP TO INSPECT. BUT CLEARLY OUT OF TOUCH.

To attempt to be fair in my review, the review following this one is still listed below.

NOV-DEC-JAN Review of a stamped concrete deck remodel.

Our existing flagstone deck was in need of replacement. Since we used Integrity on a prior job (see below), we gave them a call. Work DID NOT start on time. In fact the dates, THEY put in the contract, came and went with not contact. After we reached out, work started 10 days later.

They piled the demolished decking and base materials in our driveway, with no warning. Huge mess, they did clean up later, but 1) should have warned us and 2) Should not use the driveway as staging, unless they ask. They also damaged the decking that was remodeled in the June project, which they tried to repair. They should not have damaged it in the first place. We were not paying to have existing work damaged.

The colors selected at the start of the job were not representative of the colors we ended up with. And there are noticeable spots (they refer to as cheetah spots) throughout the decking, which we had to point out.

When installing the mastic, the contractor failed to finish a 20 foot section because, in our opinion, they were too lazy to move a storage container. They did come back and finish it, a week later.

When discussing all of the above, the owner Mr. Dunshea was apologetic, but was quick to point out that they were growing very rapidly. NOT OUR PROBLEM, and not very professional. If you cannot handle the load or have subcontractors not to customers standards, then maybe you should change something.

On final inspection today, and after presssing for their opinion, the representative stated they were happy with the work and considered it complete. That seems to be their best answer. "It looks good to us". So we decided to change something in the equation, told them to stop trying to correct the work and not come back.

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN, even after the glowing review below.

REVIEW FROM JUNE 2020 - UNEDITED

Mike was our first contact with Integrity Pools. He was not a pushy salesman, gave plenty of options, and separated each item so we could budget accordingly. All of the staff that worked on our pool were professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Sherri at the office was quick to respond when questions were asked. The owner showed up on plaster day, and did not identify himself, showing great humility, in our opinion. Luke, Anthony, Eddie and Matt (service techs) were are very friendly and did a great job of explaining their treatments. We could not be more proud of our INTEGRITY remodeled pool. They certainly lived up to their name!

12k Pool plaster remodel with 11k deck overlay and 9k Equipment started 2/2022 Pool refill in May. Original pool put in 1981. Now regret deck overlay due to cracking 10/2023, slow to repair, leaving me to pay. Looking back, should have stained existing pool deck. Overlay contractor, DeckORate Concrete N Richland Hills ; didn't include expansion joint mastic and did a poor job at cutting expansion joints to prevent cracking.
Plaster was a month long + process, went well after pool cracks repaired; looks great.
Pool Heater, Timer and lights working well.
Whole process seemed to take a long time with a lot of back and forth communication with the remodel team.
Do your own homework, ask a lot of questions; make sure you get everything you want in writing before you start.

Update: 1/2/2024 need the information of who leveled the deck (it’s falling) and they will not get back to us. They don’t know the meaning of integrity. The only communication we received was for payment when they wanted it for a job that had not even been completed. Multiple phone calls of “no one came to do the work we were so sorry.” When they subcontract they don’t supervise and the work needs to be done multiple times. A two month project lasted 7 months and is still not complete, but has been canceled due to poor workmanship, pricing changes, lack of materials, horrid communication, etc. They don’t know the material, Mike the sales man gave us stone that is slippery when the main request we had was make it kid friendly. We had to select multiple tiles due to shortage and no communication. We understand about the freeze delays and covid but the lack of respect and communication when we repeatedly asked to be contacted weather the information was good or bad, but that was apparently too much to ask. We reported them to Angies list where we received the information and will be contacting the BBB. Please do not use this company if I could give negative stars I would. The photos attached show the light poorly installed and plastered this needed to be done twice, cracks and staining in the plaster, and our small pool for the summer since our was unavailable. Update: 10/7/21 We appreciate they came to meet with us this evening and we’re going to be working with us to make our experience a happy one. It does take integrity to admit when you are wrong and that you want to make it right so it is appreciated will update again. The company has hired more help and the communication has improved 100%. Update: 12/8/21 The things they were going to make better ended up being worse. Repeated request of our presence and supervisor present when work was done was ignored and now they want to charge us for their mistake. New pics attached. Update:2-18-22 still working on it need to replantee again but the communication has improved and the floor looks amazing!

My mother hired Integrity last year. Huge mistake! The quality of their care went down over time to the point where her pool was green and they left it green for MONTHS. They took the monthly payment and completely neglected the pool. At one point the drain lines became impacted with leaves due to the neglect and they charged her hundreds of dollars to fix it. I fully believe they were taking advantage of her. After I called and complained, they sent a supervisor out who asked for more money. They had been caring for her pool for nearly a year at this point, so if it was green, who's fault is that?

We hired another pool service on Monday. Today is Wednesday. The pool is blue. There is no reason Integrity should have kept asking my mother for money while not doing anything to improve the pools condition. Shame on you, Integrity Pools!

Dustin Carrier with integrity was amazing!!! The process started a little shaky, and after Dustin took over, it was all takin care of! The process of building the pool was smooth and efficient once he took over the project. We are so pleased with the result and the continued hard work from him.
