BAD REBUILD...Never Send u drill to b fixed...i sent my drill in to b fixed april 28th..it took 12 weeks of calling back to find out where my drill was..they kept giving a different reason..first waiting on part..2nd owner on vacation..3rd part has not been recieved from china..4th sold me another drill hand piece that had been discontinued at full price...5th sent me my old drill back ..did not fix cord witch was part i was waiting on...and said motor was bad...although drill was working with a slight short in cord..it came back in pieces and not working at all...when i called them they explained they could sell me a new one 20% off...i said i bought one from u and now ur telling me u can not fix either of them..what good is a warrenty if u cant fix it.. $600 lost...i have used this company for 20 yrs loyalty means nothing to them dont waste ur time or money on foreign company's that dont back up their products..expensive lesson learned..

This place had absolutely horrible customer service. Walked into the place of business to get information on making purchases, a guy that looked like he was steroid out met me at the door, And told me that you just don’t walk into a place of business like that…? Then proceeded to try to start a fight with me! Did not even get a chance to check out their products
