We absolutely love this company! They come out every two weeks to do a premium clean and Nella always makes sure we are 100% satisfied. As time has gone by, we have come to appreciate all the cleaners, especially Chelsea. She will carefully listen to details we like and makes sure it gets accomplished. Thank you Two Maids for always being professional and trustworthy!

Maria Sharpton has been cleaning our house for over 5 years(Two Maids and a Mop; North Richland Hills,Texas) and has always been very detailed and trustworthy. I would recommend her to any household needing a honest good cleaner!

I've used Two Maids and a Mop for two different locations and was thrilled with the results in both locations. The employees were early on both occasions and were also tremendously thorough. I noticed our house even had a new home smell when I walked in - which is pretty darn hard to achieve with a cat and regularly cooking Indian food at home! I've been much happier with Two Maids and a Mop than with any other service I've used in the past and appreciate the quality of customer service they provide.

There are only so many positive reviews on google because the company pays you to post a positive review. The owner gives ten dollars off your cleaning service for a 5 star review. I hired this company several months ago and was very pleased with the service. However, the last few months have been full of problems. The cleaners clean the obvious items a client will see when they first get home giving the appearance of a clean house, but they do not dust all of the blinds, clean under items on the counter, or dust anything well. I complained several times and was never offered a discount on the service that was performed sub par. I bought several cameras to put throughout the house to see what they were not cleaning. I was astounded to see that they were spending half of their time looking out the windows playing with my dog. I watched them skip over dusting half of my downstairs. If you want someone to come vacuum your house and wipe down your counters hire this company. If you want a company that provides consistent service with attention to detail seek another company. If anyone would like to see the videos of the company cleaning jobs please message me and I will send them to you with the cleaners faces blurred out to protect their identity, you will see what a sloppy service they provide. This company starts out strong and after several months the level of service declines.

Ceres and Keyana have been my team for several months and I hope they remain my team! They are super efficient, fast and pay attention to all my special requests each time! Love these two girls! Highly recommend

Two Maids & A Mop provided excellent service! They were able to fit me in with barely a week's notice!
They cleaned my house from top to bottom and the manager was in contact with me when the cleaning needed to go a bit longer than estimated.
They provided me with photos of the clean house to confirm.
I will be using them again and would definitely recommend!

Have had 3 cleanings with Two Maids. The first two were so much better than ever before, but lacked a couple of things. The two young women last week knocked the top off for cleaning! They had taken the time to read the notes on my page in their system, and they had a smile and a caring personality. Wish they could come every time!

Have been using Two Maids for about 3 months now, and absolutely love them. Ted is great --- communicates well, responsive to requests, and the girls do a great job. Love that I found them ~~ makes my life so much easier!

Hired them for a deep clean on my 2400sq ft home last month and they did an exceptional job. Arrived on time, 2 employees and my house was spotless several hours later. Owner was very receptive to working with my schedule so that I could be there when they arrived and walked them through. I just had them return for a Premium clean and once again I was very satisfied. Ted (owner) is very open to feedback - staff are paid based on their performance, so he allows you to provide a rating (1-10) of your satisfaction and give details - which I appreciate. The thought process is it allows them to improve their performance and your satisfaction on the next visit. Now THAT's customer service! Highly recommend.

We could not have been more pleased! The two people who cleaned our house were efficient and friendly. Both my husband and I have physical issues and are unable to manage much cleaning. As a result, our furniture was dusty and the house had more than its share of dust bunnies. We pointed out some objects d'art which we preferred not be touched. They complied and everything remained intact! We definitely will have Two Maids clean for us again. Thank you very much!

This is an overall great company. Nella and Ted are very nice to speak with over the phone/email. You can tell they care about their customers and are very accommodating. The girls who came by to do the cleaning were professional and very friendly. They worked very hard while they were in my home and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaning service. I don't think my house has been this clean since I moved in 3 years ago.

I had Two Maids and A Mop do a move in cleaning service on a home I purchased. They were great from beginning to end - excellent response to my request for a quote and answering all my questions, confirmed the appointment with me, and texted me with updates and when complete. Excellent job cleaning. They took a dirty oven to spotless like new. Customer Service at it's finest.

Update: Since moving in I've gone back to Two Maids and a Mop for regular cleaning. Great service! They always leave the house sparkling clean. Staff is professional and it's clear they are committed to providing quality in all that they do. Communication about scheduling is outstanding.

Jen did an outstanding job on my mother in law’s deep clean! Jen is my regular professional cleaner, & she is amazing! My MIL can no longer walk, and Jen was very kind & was able to work around to accommodate her needs. The house had not been thoroughly cleaned in about eight months, but after Jen was done, the house never looked & smelled better! The detail Jen put into the cleaning was above & beyond anything expected. My MIL has extensive rock work in her house, & Jen even took the time to get into all the grooves to remove the dust. Do not have any hesitation to give this company a try, they are wonderful!

Love the maids. They were not intrusive and were nice to my dogs. They cleaned a lot more than anticipated and they did a fantastic job. Will continue to use this service.

When I first started looking for a cleaning company, I knew that I would be very picky because I have animals. Two Maids & A Mop has been fantastic with my animals, and I would recommend them to anybody else who is worried about animal friendly cleaners and cleaning supplies. They always do a fantastic job, and I like the way that they're performance based.

5/1/24 Update (7 years later) - Still very happy with Two Maids & a Mop services, a couple of apartments later. Ceres is great!

Service forms communication and working with my schedule was excellent. Nella was wonderful. On my initial clean 2 girls came out the girl that did my bedroom and bathrooms looked like a rush job and I tipped $20 before I saw it and she rushed off to school. The lady Sadie did a marvelous job un my kitchen and living room. And to think I signed up for someone to come every 1 week. I almost wanna say don't come back. But the customer service was excellent

Corinthia is absolutely wonderful. I truly look forward to her coming and cleaning our home. She does a fabulous job and makes sure I'm happy with everything before she leaves.

I needed help getting my house ready before out-of-town guests arrived and Two Maids & A Mop was there for me right when I needed them. Hannah & Maria did a wonderful job of cleaning my home. They were efficient and thorough! Since it was their first time in my home, I was especially pleased with their proactive approach to making sure they explained their normal process and also asking me about any areas I felt needed special attention. Overall excellent service & communication ~ top notch! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for reliable house cleaning.

Everything was wonderful! From booking to scheduling. The whole team at 2 Maids was professional. Nella made sure I understood pricing and services. Both Kasey and Victoria arrived on time and ready with all the cleaning products and equipment needed. They took time to talk about what my needs and wants were. They worked efficiently and with ease. My home sparkled and smelled great.

The overall communication was easy, but I gave the gate code at booking and was texted when the cleaners were at the gate stating they never received the code. I was never asked if our apartment had any roaches, and assumed it was a given fact in an old complex in Lewisville. Yet, I was charged $75 for the cleaners to go out and reject the job due to roaches. I cannot speak to how well they clean, but am disappointed with my overall experience.

Kaylee is one of my regular cleaners and always does a great job. I’ve never had any complaints. If I ever do have issues, generally to reschedule or to clarify charging, Nella (the office manager) is always courteous and quick to respond. Would recommend!
