I just had Joshua from Mystic Heat & Air install my new Rheem HVAC system, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience!
Joshua was extremely professional, friendly, and communicated clearly throughout the process. What really stood out was his honesty and fair pricing. After getting quotes from other companies ranging from $15,000 to $22,000, Joshua came in $7,000 lower while installing higher-quality Rheem equipment (5.0 ton 14 SEER2 condenser, 80% 100,000 BTU gas furnace, and 5.0 ton evaporator coil).
He took the time to educate me on how the HVAC industry actually works — including who manufactures the real equipment versus companies that just put their name on it at a huge markup. When I asked, he also added a surge protector and hard start kit at no extra hassle to help protect and prolong the life of my new system.
Instead of pushing for an expensive third return duct like other companies, Joshua smartly recommended simply upgrading my existing two return ducts from 14" to 16". This saved me from having to cut another hole in the wall and kept the project cleaner and more cost-effective.
You can tell Joshua truly takes pride in his work — the installation looks excellent, and the equipment was installed with care. I highly recommend Mystic Heat & Air to anyone in the Dallas area needing HVAC work. Honest, knowledgeable, and outstanding value. Thank you, Joshua!

I had Mystic Air Conditioning come out this week. Josh was fantastic, as he was able to fix my issue for a much cheaper, and honest price. Several HVAC contractors wanted to charge 2x the price, while Josh was able to explain why they were charging me too much, and he was able to get the job done. I highly recommend Mystic Air Conditioning, if anything you know you are going to get an honest assessment and can trust his recommendations.
