I would like to thank Drew for an outstanding work. He was very professional, courteous and patient. He took the time explaining everyhing from the breaker box he replaced and the Ring monitor which he installed in the back and front of the house. Drew with Gladiator was the absolute best electrician I’ve ever seen. Not only did he do an outstanding job but he was very kind and cleaned up after himself. He cut the Sheetrock so cleanly that he put it back in place. I don’t have to go buy new Sheetrock, just tape and float the seams and it’s just like it never happened. He is extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain everything in detail so that my wife and I understood everything. No surprises. Gladiator Electric is my go to electric company for now on.

I called Gladiator Electric out to install a standby generator. They are very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly the cost of the final invoice before I approved it. I had 4 different people working on my house when we first moved in and every single one of them were very friendly and professional the whole time! Gladiator was the only electrical company that answered the phone! No voicemail and waiting for someone to call back. Great start. They were able to schedule me the same day and sent Matt by to solve my problem.

Matt was courteous and well versed. He discovered the issue quickly and had it resolved promptly with very fair pricing.
He also provided a quote on the spot for some retro fitting and his quote seemed very competitive and fair. Now we just need to decide if we proceed.

All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending this team and they are my go to for future electrical work.

We've called Sean and his team for multiple projects - from whole home rewiring and updating barn electricity for safety.....to disconnecting a hot tub and installing a generator interlock so we could plug our battery-powered generator into the house directly. I appreciate that they're always fast to answer the phone, easy to schedule, and fair with pricing. My only frustration is that we paid for a whole home surge protector, and they recommended an upgrade less than one year later, but I continue to trust their recommendations and expertise.

So glad we chose Gladiator for our portable generator installation! Drew explained very clearly what we needed and why we needed it. And he was even able to advise on the type of generator that would be right for us and recommend a plumber for the natural gas hook up. My call was answered quickly and they were able to send someone out the same day. Drew was very polite, professional and did a great job! We had recently purchased a portable generator and wanted to have a transfer switch installed to connect it directly to the house. In my search for an electrician to install a transfer switch, I chose Gladiator Electric for 3 reasons....the Google reviews, they were a local business, and they offered military discounts, which indicates to me that this was their way of honoring those who have served our country. Sean was great and personable from the first communication...even educating me on something I didn't know about the generator we purchased that would need to be done for it to operate the way we wanted it to operate. On the day of service, Drew arrived on time and did a great job. He took the time to explain what he would be doing, he re-explained what he did when he was finished, and he walked me through how to operate the modified breaker panel. As someone who's a manager in the service industry, it's always great to receive the same outstanding service that you attempt to give...and even someone who challenges you to even try to "out do" the service you received. I definitely look forward to continue working with Gladiator Electric for future projects!
