Kenny showed up on time and quickly put on shoe covers. He took photos to document his inspection of both units, but the one with loose contacts didn't function properly. He fixed it transparently without trying to overcharge. We talked about upgrading the system, and there was no push to do it immediately. The company is reputable, its staff are trustworthy, and honesty earns repeat business.

I've switched to another company after years of using them, largely due to their declining performance. The last two maintenance visits from All Cool highlighted this trend - they suggested a potential leak in the system but couldn't pinpoint it, and then charged it back up as usual. This year's final checkup yielded similar results, though my warranty had expired just a month earlier.
I brought the issue to another company for a second opinion, which confirmed the suspected leak but revealed that I'd lost significant amounts of refrigerant - a far cry from the "small" leak All Cool had initially suggested. The new company also pointed out that replacing my old unit was no longer cost-effective due to upcoming changes in refrigerant.
Notably, this other technician highlighted issues with my old system that All Cool had apparently missed or downplayed during our regular maintenance visits. Specifically, they noted that the unit hadn't been properly cleaned, and a capacitor was on the verge of failure. These revelations suggested to me that All Cool's standards have slipped over time.
