We are so pleased with the paver patio and the improved drainage project that Houston Landscape Images did for us. It was time to get rid of the 20 year old wood deck. We had never hired a company to do this type of work before and were nervous about the project. Sanson Faltine, the owner, met with us several times before we made the decision, gave us samples of the materials used, provided detailed information for homeowners association approval and he stayed involved in the project during the installation. The crew did a great job and worked efficiently to complete the project in a very timely manner. We would highly recommend them.

I decided to expand my 2-1/2 car driveway into a full 3 car driveway. Part of my requirement was to remove parts of the existing driveway that were cracked. Sansone provided all the drawings and specifications with his quote. He also handled all of the HOA requirements. This was especially helpful as the HOA initially rejected my application for what appeared to be spurious reasons. Sansone got to work and provided an overwhelming amount of information to the HOA to support my application. As a result the HOA did grant approval.
His work crews were very efficient and professional. They took care to not damage any surrounding areas. They cleaned up every single day and left the work site neat and tidy on a daily basis. They started work on the day he said they would and they finished the job exactly on the date as promised. Sansone even went to extra efforts for me. I had to go out of town immediately upon completion of the concrete work. He personally came back every day to spray down the concrete and to water the sod they had installed. I could not be happier with the work and the results. I highly recommend Sansone and Houston Landscape Images. I'm looking forward to having him work on some additional projects!

Sanson and his team have done several projects for us. His bids are competitive, the workers maintain a clean workspace, and they complete the work as scheduled. My favorite job was resurfacing our exposed aggregate pool deck. It now looks like stamped concrete. We love the look and so much more comfortable on the feet!

We had an amazing experience working with Sanson and his team. They built an outdoor kitchen in a vacant space we had off of our back patio. They helped with choosing the right brand appliances for the addition, matched our stone from our spa waterfall from our pool, and matched our granite that we had in our home. They built a covered pergola with a ceiling fan which helps protect everything from the weather and we can enjoy our outdoor kitchen all year long. While they were working on our outdoor kitchen, I asked for help with seating around our fire pit next to our pool. The decking around the fire pit was built when our pool was done and it was difficult to find the right seating for it. Sanson came up with a great design for built-in seating and he matched the stone that we had around our pool. It looks like we had this built as one cohesive plan. His crew is great to work with and kept the area picked up during the construction phase. They made the experience so easy! I will use Sanson and his team for all of my outdoor needs and will definitely use him again if we do any other outdoor additions to our home.
