The repair man arrived early and had my AC working in minutes. My only draw back was that he banged so loudly on my door it scared me so bad, but otherwise I’m satisfied with the outcome.

I am editing my review. After I posted my review Alex called me. He was upset and assured me that someone would be out first thing in the morning. True to his word someone showed up and cleaned up everything. Thank you Frontline for making a customer happy!
As far as fixing the A/C that is perfect. However, I was very disappointed in the mess that was left behind. Pieces and parts were just left in the closet. Also, my floors were covered in pieces of sheetrock and so much dust. It ran from the closet in the hall to the front door. The serviceman should be cleaning up after himself. I have pictures attached.

Our A/C has been down for 2 days and we received great service from one of their techs named Bishop. He quickly identified the problem and also suggested some things we can do to improve our units efficiency. Very helpful and insightful. You don't find techs like this anymore these days.....thanks Bishop!
