I have had only had two minor bad experiences here that were corrected quickly: 1. a faucet was quoted to be $1000 less than the actual sale price, and 2. the point-of-sale machine debited less money from my bank card than the actual sales total.

They’ve saved me time, saved me headaches, and probably saved me from having to mutter a few choice words under a crawlspace more than once.

They keep all the essentials stocked, they’re fair on price, and they get you back on the road quick. It’s the kind of spot you want to support because they’re supporting the trades the right way — with real knowledge, respect, and service you just don’t find everywhere anymore.

If you’re a plumber who likes the personal touch and a place that actually understands the tools of our trade, this is the shop. I’ve never walked out empty-handed, and I always walk out in a better mood.
