There should be a rating below 1 star. They claim to service our region for Sears Home Services, however each time I have needed repairs the wait has been several weeks. Communication is nonexistent. Even the Sears warranty team can't get them to respond to inquiries. If you live in or near Rockport, I bet you can get decent service. They are simply overextended and have no desire to service anyone in their extended area.
