Job completed very proficient and timely. The technicians David and Victor were excellent and explained process and usage of my new Mini Split. Highly recommend doing business with them. Previous two past companies did not care much on follow up or customer service. Hopefully I found a good small family owned budiness.

This is the first time I have worked with AirBoss of Rockport. I requested them do a quote for replacement of my HVAC system in my residence here in Rockport. Their Tech, Charlie arrived early. Quickly determined that my HVAC system had reached the end of its service life. I was expecting this. Very professional and knowledgeable. Upon his departure I son received a quote for replacement from Wyatt. Again very comprehensive and detailed. I haven't decided which organization I'm going to use for the HVAC replacement. As with any large appliance investment I'm compelled to get three quotes . I will say I'm impressed with AirServ and giving them consideration for services. Thank you! I had a great experience working with this Team of professionals! Charlie/team were able to diagnose and replace the unit within hours of arriving. There was also very little disturbance throughout the process which I’m grateful for since I work from home and am on calls all day. Highly recommend this team if you have AC/heating issues!

Chuck did a fabulous job taking care of us on a Saturday. He was here within an hour, very very courteous and professional, diagnosed our problem, and had our AC up and running in just a few minutes. This company came in with a very reasonable bid, changed their proposal to include brands we wanted, performed the work in a timely manner and cleaned up, same day. We are located in the Key Allegro Condos. Excellent service.

I recently had an issue with my A/C at my Airbnb property and contacted Airboss for help. They responded quickly and identified the problem. The technician was not only skilled but also very friendly and professional. Excellent service overall!

AirBoss LLC did a fantastic job with our AC install, adding additional room runs as requested, re-insulating all of the metal runs in the attic, and they installed an electric outlet for our water heater. They moved our HVAC into another larger cabinet to support a larger unit, while working with another local contractor to demo some cinderblock for returns. They also added 2 lights to our master bathroom. They were more affordable than several other companies, and they were able to add AC runs to 2 rooms that had not been previously supplied. They came back after I was able to inspect the work and added insulation to seal the attic in the HVAC cabinet, so no critters or insects would enter the home. They were friendly, punctual and kept in communication during the project. Charlie provided excellent service, and the owner did as well. I would highly recommend this company to anyone near Rockport. Let us hope that nothing stops a TRANE!

This team is great. They show when they say they will. They explained everything that was wrong and why the AC was doing what it was. Troublshooted all important elements to be thorough and the technician was very professional while doing so. I'll call them again if I have any future issues as I have many other times.

Excellent service call! Charlie cleared HVAC drain lines to Master vanity sink. System is working as it should be.

Guys were great. They worked on installing a wireless thermostat on my coast house. Got it all set up without me being in there and now I’ve got control of my AC from San Antonio, TX.

If you have any A/C or electrical issues these are the guys to call. I was going through American Home Shield for our warranty services on our A/C unit which turned into an air handler replacement as well. Regardless of anyone’s thoughts on insurance companies you have to run through insurance rabbit holes and AirBoss not only kept us informed but were true advocates for us in the communication process with AHS. Additionally explained the how and why of what they were doing which only added peace of mind. Wyatt in the office kept me informed the whole way and technicians like Charlie, Victor and Jamel (sp) were professional, extremely polite, efficient and thorough. I highly recommend these cats and should I need A/C service in the future within a 150 mile radius I’d rather pay the gas bill and have them come out than trust anyone else. Cheers, Cody Blackburn

Excellent! I couldn't ask for anything better. They answered the phone immediately, gave me a same day appointment before noon, arrived on time and took care of my issue quickly and professionally. They could have tried to sell me a new unit like others have but didn't. Instead, they repaired it and showed me what they did. The cost was reasonable. A+
The repairman was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Great honest company. I'll never call anyone other than AirBoss going forward.
