Jason came out after normal business hours on a Friday evening and immediately diagnosed the problem. He explained things very well, resolved the issue, and made sure everything was fixed properly. Great job Airboss!!

We called AirBoss at 2:30 pm on Thursday before July 4th, and Charlie had someone out by 4:30 and had the unit repaired and back in operation within 2 hours. His crew stayed past 5:00 PM to complete the job. Their prices are very reasonable and service is very reliable. I would highly recommend AirBoss for any of your HVAC needs.

We had a problem yesterday with our air conditioning. I called our friend and he recommended Air Boss. We could not be happier with the service we received! Charlie was at our house within 20 minutes of my calling the office. He was polite, knowledgeable, and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time! We couldn’t be more pleased with our service!

AirBoss responded quickly to an emergency call to repair my A/C. They promptly diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary part, and returned a few days later to complete the installation and fix the problem. I appreciated their immediate attention and clear communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!

On time, efficient and great customer service for our aspiring PM.

Came out the same day I called. Unfortunately he had to order a part which took longer than expected. As soon as the part came in he was right back to install and got the unit up and running. I will use this company again if needed. The service tech was informative, polite and knew what he was doing.

Aaron James the owner came out to give me a excellent quote for the installation of AC coils on my mom's unit. Mr. James was quick efficient and gave me his card.

The gentlemen that came out for the repair, Jason the technician and Caleb were Very friendly, knowledgeable, and patiently answered our questions and provided such wonderful customer service. They deserve a raise!!!

Airboss came back and replaced our AC. They were fully knowledgeable in their trade and performed exemplary work! Cleaned up completely and were true professionals. We have found our new AC company, and would highly recommend them.

When looking for company to check out my AC, Veteran owned caught my eye. Called and spoke to Charlie. Very courteous and had tech at my home in a little over 1 hour. Problem diagnosed in less than 15 minutes. Repaired in less than one hour and didn’t cost a bundle. Definitely recommend AIRBOSS to anyone seeking AC service.

Called them out again a little over a month later for a different issue. Same quick response and the tech explained the issue thoroughly. Once again, repaired in less than 1 hr.

Wyatt was young but an absolute pro. It was a tricky fix on a mini-split unit, and he took the time to evacuate any existing 410A from the overall system, took the necessary time to pull the vacuum which some folks might have cut a corner here as it took a while. Once we were sure nothing was left in the lines, he put the exact weight of 410A refrigerant in to ensure the AC was able to run at peak performance! I am very happy w the outcome and my likelihood to recommend is at a 10 rating, as I already have! Thanks! Craig Baebel.

Our technician, Charlie, came out after just a few hours after requesting service for a leak in our A/C through AHS no less!! He was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly. The owners and staff at AirBoss are amazing, very knowledgeable and answer any questions you may have. We are repeat customers and highly recommend this company!! They are amazing!! They go over and beyond with excellent service and fair pricing.

Always been super helpful and reliable. Charlie has helped us out in a pinch several times, quite literally coming to the rescue when our inside unit control board belted down.

My technician was great! He went through a lot of trouble to fix the drain on my ac, and was very friendly while he did his work. He kept me updated on everything he was doing. I would recommend him to anyone!

If you need an AC system in the Coastal Bend that is hurricane rated, look no further than Air Boss LLC in Rockport. You will not be disappointed with Wyatt’s excellent customer service and Charlie’s knowledge and honesty. I knew from the conversation with Charlie that he wasn’t your typical “salesman” and that I was going with Air Boss even though they were the first company to provide a quote. I did do my due diligence and obtained other quotes but Air Boss gave me the most competitive quote of all. The owner of the company personally inspected the installation and arranged windstorm inspection for the WPI.

Aaron and his crew (and also the guys from Coastal Bend Propane) were simply terrific. Pricing was competitive, there was no wait on installation, and everything was done on time and very professionally. My generator setup is built hell for stout. I'm pretty sure it'll be the last thing standing when everything else is blown away. Which makes me very happy. If you need a whole home generator, give Aaron a call. He won't let you down.

Yes!! A company that does what they say and follows through. Starting with Charlie, at the original estimate, who was prompt and knowledgeable; all the way through the finish of the job. The installers were polite, on time, and cleaned up nicely. Our new dehumidifier is working perfectly and we look forward to many years of great service.

AirBoss did two great jobs for us; the first time after we tried them and they gained our trust by their quality works then we hired them the second time. I highly recommend them to everyone.
