Elite Appliance Solutions is hands-down the best appliance repair service in Rockwall county! My garage refrigerator was not working correctly and Waylon was able to repair it back to like-new condition. He even went above and beyond to help me move the refrigerator to my desired location. Very professional and highly recommended Elite Appliance Solutions for all your appliance repair needs!

Highly recommend you use this company. Our Bosch dishwasher just wouldn't work correctly, it kept giving us error messages. The problem turned out to be an unusual part that was not working properly. They kept at it, until they figured out the problem then fixed it correctly not just bandid approaches!!! Will always use them and refer them to others, MORE than resonable in pricing and fast service too.

What started good, then went to possible panic mode for me, went back to great, because of Elizabeth. This was time sensitive because we were closing on our house in a few days and I did not want the Dishwasher to be a problem. I set my appointment, techs were on time. They discovered the problem. A hose needed replaced that they needed to find, so they left. A day goes by and I hear nothing. I reach out to Elizabeth and she said they cannot get the hose without buying the assembly. This was Thursday morning and now she's telling me it will be in and can be installed the next Tuesday. Here's where I panicked. We have movers coming Sunday and turn the house over Monday. No Can Do! I explained this and , at this point, just wanted the hose returned and I was going to figure something else out. About an hour later, I called Elizabeth to ask how I can get the hose back. She said she is still working and thinks she found the part in Ft Worth. She said, if they have it, she will personally drive over and get it. They did! She DID! It's fixed and I couldn't be happier. Who does that these days? Well, it happened and I will use them again and you should too.

Very good company to do business with. Found the problem with my fridge in minutes had the part the next day and installed it. Price was very reasonable. The Technician was very friendly and personable. Will definitely use them again.

I was having a problem with my bouncing washing machine..I called this company, asked about their service change..which they said will be rolled into the final bill, if they do the repairs...which they did...and they fixed my problem as the final bill was affordable and they have top notched repairmen...who knew what do....very experienced....good people.

Great company! They diagnosed part and came back following day! One part was tested and not needed so I wasn't charged for it! The cost to fix my appliance was very reasonable! I will call them again should I need appliance repair! Very nice and trustworthy guys!

Elite was very responsive and able to quickly diagnose the issue with my dryer. We called them on a Friday afternoon and by the end of the following Wednesday our dryer was back up and operational. Fantastic and friendly service!

When our dryer stopped drying because the heating element went out, they fixed it. When our washing machine stopped draining the water, and then when it stopped completing loads due to an unbalanced barrel, they fixed it. I love supporting this local business and they will always be my first line of defense when something goes wrong with an appliance in our house.

I have used Elite Appliance Solutions several times over the past few years and refer them constantly. This most recent time, my clothes dryer had stopped heating and was not drying my clothes. I called on a Thursday afternoon, explained the issue, gave the model number and make of the appliance and by Friday, the next afternoon, had a functioning dryer again. Their response time is great, they are professional and courteous and they are very fair with their pricing. I will continue to call Elite Appliance Solutions every time I have an issue with an appliance. I am so glad I have someone to call that I can trust. I would highly recommend this company.

Elite Appliance Solutions is the best! I had a hinge fall off of my refrigerator. They came out the next day. They were on time, courteous and very professional. It took the technician about five minutes to make the repair. I asked the technician how much it would cost, he told me there was no charge. My jaw hit the floor. Elite Appliance is the place to go whenever you need repairs or service.

Waylon from Elite responded quickly with concern, asked for information prior to the call to be prepared to service our 30 year old washing machine. He arrived promptly within the time window he promised.

He analyzed the situation and got it up and running. Before he arrived he had researched what parts are still available for this old machine and advised us to let us know.

Our Samsung front load dryer bust a belt two days before Thanksgiving. They provided an inspection fee when I called, came out the next day about 30 minutes earlier than the 2 hour window, and gave me the full quote on-site. They applied the inspection fee towards the full repair cost. They showed me the damage and made a quick repair under an hour, and suggested I replace an extra part which was worn down. I paid on the serviceman’s phone and they emailed a receipt. Overall fast, friendly and affordable.

This company is top notch!! My parents washer was giving them issues, I called Monday, was able to get a next day appointment! The owner of the company came out, discovered it had a stopped up hose. He cleared out the hose and only charged a service call fee!! I couldn't recommend this company more!!!
