They Respond quickly and I’ve experienced they are onsite within 24 hours of my call. I highly recommend!

Terry from JML did an incredible job - could not recommend highly enough! After working with a few other roofing companies after a tree fell on our house for ~6 months (to no avail), Terry jumped in and got the roof fully repaired in less than a month. We had some weather in the forecast over the holiday, so he even secured a new, fitted tarp to protect us from any rain or ice in the interim. The whole team was courteous and professional. I’ve been meaning to write this review. JML Heating and Cooling came through for me last minute after another contractor did a horrible job on my chimney. Jon was able to step in quickly and install a new chimney lining before winter.

Jon has a great personality and was very personable, efficient, and honest about what I actually needed. He did not try to upsell or scam me, which I really appreciated. The price was very reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally.

It has now been two winters since the installation and I have had no issues at all. No leaks, no ceiling damage, nothing. I am very happy with the work and highly recommend JML Heating and Cooling, especially Jon.

We’ve used JML, and specifically reached out to Lance, a few times with repairs when major storms come by. The guys at JML are courteous, quick and do quality work. They’ve been able to make my original builder grade roof last a few extra years. Great team if you want an honest opinion and quality work done.

JML is hands down the best around. Huge thanks to Chelsea Stelte who helped me with every question I had. She truly knew what she was talking about, had a great eye for detail and helped us pick the perfect roof that fits our style home perfectly! I absolutely LOVE that quite a few of the employees of JML, including Chelsea, grew up right here in our hometown of Rockwall. Having the JML team by our side through this process took every bit of stress out of it for us...and the fact they are Rockwallian's, made it even that much more special. I can’t say enough good words about the job that JML did for our roof replacement. Chelsea Stelte was our advocate and coordinator throughout the process, starting with the inspections, pricing, coordinating our insurance claim submissions, securing of city permits, and even coordinating with our solar company to ensure that our solar system was de-installed/re-installed seamlessly with our roof replacement. The roofing crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to complete the roof replacement in one day, and the clean-up at the end of the day and following morning was impeccable! Throughout the process, I was able to watch the roof replacement progress on-line in real-time (see provided photos). And, at the end, Chelsea personally swept the entire worksite with a magnet to ensue that our property was free of nails or other debris. Yes, I highly recommend JML Roofing Solutions for any roofing needs, small or large.

JML Roofing Solutions recently completed 2 home improvement projects for us involving metal roofing…one was strictly for esthetic purposes & the second was functional in purpose.
They replaced a small section of shingled roof over our front porch with a section of paneled metal. The second project involved the back of our house & 4 windows lined up side by side. Seasonal shifts with the sun in the winter months created a bright glare in our home living area. Having a two story home puts the roof line on the 2nd story. JML Roofing custom manufactured a metal paneled canopy to cap the four windows. All was painted to blend with existing roofing & masonry.
Functionality accomplished with pleasing to the eye decor additions!

I reached out to JML Roofing for our projects because I had snapped a picture of their signage near my home while walking our dog. Chelsea responded promptly & was a absolute joy to work with. She is very professional & could answer every question we asked in discussing our project. The work crew was great & mindful of leaving their work area tidy.

Outstanding, professional asphalt driveway installation. Highest quality material. Took their time to do the job right! Highly recommend!

Jim told me this should last about 10 yrs. After only 3yrs my driveway is breaking apart badly. I have called him several times, he doesn't feel the need to service his customers and he is not trustworthy.

They chip sealed my driveway and a few months later had some issues. They came out and fixed them, no problem. The driveway is falling apart now after 6 months and he will not come fix it. Said I had a 2 year warranty. Have called numerous times and he will not answer phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Wished I'd never let him on my property.

If I could give negative stars I would! My property had the driveway done, and within less than two years the driveway was a disaster! When I contacted the company, they said they'd send a crew, which they never did. Then I received a call that they would not be honoring the warranty.

Jim provided a reasonable quote to seal existing driveway and add several thousand square feet of additional asphalt paving. Large team completed the entire job in a single day. Everyone on the team was polite and respectful of our property. Jim managed the entire effort and even did a lot of the work himself. They did exactly what they said they would and even did some additional landscaping/water control work that I asked for at the last minute. Very impressed.

Hired them to repair a hole from a large tree that got knocked over in a storm and seal the driveway. When I got home I found out they had filled the hole with bag asphalt from lowes and did no prepwork under it. Now I have a sunken hole in my driveway. The seal coat stayed sticky for weeks and tracked everywhere. They got it all over the house where it meets the driveway. Against my better judgment I paid them with the promise they would be back the next day which they never showed up. When I called and told them about the seal coast being sticky after a week I was told throw sand on it. Never saw or heard from them again.

This company operates using several different names. James Gorman Is the owner. I paid him $7000 and he never came back to finish the work. My driveway is mostly deteriorated from the rain. He promised me that I would have a hard surface and now is mostly just black chips
. Buyer beware!

I contracted Jim's Paving of Rockwall TX to do a chip and seal job on my driveway in April of 2020. He came out and promised me that the work would last "7-10 years" and would look "Just like the rural hi-ways near here." They came out and completed the work in half a day. There was approximately an inch of loose gavel left on top. Jim assured me that it would all press into the tar in the next few weeks. This did not happen. Within a month ruts were beginning to form in the drive. I called and he said "It takes a few months for the gravel to settle in." By late fall of 2020 I was already having to fill potholes in his work. I spent over $200 on asphalt to patch the pot holes. The gravel has either washed off or sits in piles on the drive. My drive is worse now then when they began. When contacted he said he would check it out but never showed. I do not recommend using this company at all. Not trustworthy. I have had to hire a new contractor to repair the road.

I had noticed a number of properties in my neighborhood, Vista Grande Estates, getting paving work done. It looked so nice. One afternoon the owner, Jim, knocked on my door and asked if we had thought about doing paving on our gravel driveway. I thought it would be too expensive so we never had it done. However, Jim gave us an awesome affordable price. His crew was clean and respectful. They worked hard and steady. Now our driveway looks amazing. I wish we hadn't waited so long, but glad we waited for Jim's paving.

Jim showed up in our neighborhood and said he had extra material from another job and wanted to know if we wanted to do our driveway and gave us what we thought to be a good deal-$10,000. So we went ahead and got the driveway done. It went up beside our house. While they were working they scratched the side of the house up and didn’t even mention it, I found it later after they had left. We find glass pieces in it all the time, which is definitely not ideal in a driveway, along with large chunks of rock that come out and leave holes. After having the driveway about six months it’s like others have said-tons of loose gravel and not settling, getting some areas sinking and the entrance has completely fallen apart. It’s even got dips in it just from where my dog goes across it. When you call him for the “warranty” he says he’ll show up but doesn’t. Definitely an issue with quality and warranty. Wouldn’t recommend.

If you’re looking for a company that truly cares about quality and customer satisfaction, I can’t recommend Graves Pool and Outdoor Living enough. Wesley Graves and his team are absolutely top-notch.

From start to finish, Wesley was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to answer questions, explain the process, and make sure everything was done the right way. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes that much pride in their work, but Wesley definitely does.

The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall experience were outstanding. You can tell that Graves Pool and Outdoor Living is built on integrity and a commitment to doing things right.
