Great communication, easy process, quick to respond

Our community needed immediate assistance with our backflow i called multiple companies and none responded, until i called Complete Backflow Services and Sandra and Bianca were very helpful and excellent at communicating our needs to Moses. Moses and Jose arrived at our property and got everything done super quick. and our residents were super happy and grateful at how fast they completed the job.
Definitely will be using their services and highly recommend them!

I received excellent customer service from CBS on getting my Backflow test on my irrigation system completed. I contacted them because another company was a no show and wouldn’t return my calls. It was a great relief when CBS went above and beyond to send their technician out and do the test and submit the report to my city Community Development office the same day before it was scheduled to expire. I appreciate the technicians willingness to do the test on his way out of town on vacation to prevent me missing my deadline. Thank you Jose!
