we had braxton come over to clean the carpets in our new home. the carpets had a few stains and just looked a bit used from the previous owners. i wanted them to feel fresh and really clean, so i called in a professional. braxton did an amazing job—every stain is gone, and now the carpets look like new again. he even cleaned a chair and a rug for us, and finished everything in about an hour and a half. he arrived earlier than expected, was really friendly, and offered the best price we could find. i’m definitely planning to use this carpet cleaning service again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! These reviews are fake. Where do I even start.

2hrs late. When I called in they told me the system was down so they had no record of my appt.

When he shows up he doubles the price of the job from $89 to $200 but that doesn’t include any of the cushions, only the frame of the couch. See pictures.

He then proceeds to get water all over the hard wood floors and track dirt from the bottom of his shoes all around and onto the rug under the couch. That now needs to be cleaned. Water all over the kitchen counter and under the bar stools.

When I asked him about cleaning it up after he was done he said “sure do you have any towels??”
Then proceeds to drag them around my house through the now muddy water.. with his foot.

When I asked him about the fact that they were not cleaned he spends 10minutes assuring me it’s a special fabric that will look better when it’s dry. No change after the dry. Couches now look splotchy and half way cleaned.

They are refusing to refund the work or even take my phone calls.

Do not trust these guys.
