The level of service I received from this company is so much more than I could have ever expected. I called early one morning with a leaky filter and by the time I got home, they were at my house installing a replacement (only needed the bottom half). They didn't try to upsell me with additional items but rather, offered several money saving suggestions. I'm so happy that I switched from my previous, less than stellar, pool company!

I’ve known Victor for years, and he and the team at Pool Patrol are simply the best in the business. Their service is always prompt, professional, and friendly — they really care about doing things right. Recently, they replaced my Pentair Microbrite lights, and the pool looks incredible! I Called Victor at 11:30 last night in the middle of the winter storm. He returned my call within 5 minutes and arrived at our home in 20 minutes. Our actuator was frozen over from the sleet. He winterized our pool. Highly recommend Pool Patrol for all your pool needs.

We recently purchased a home in Heath, TX. The existing pool was not to our liking. We had Pool Patrol come in and give it a bit of a facelift. New mini pebble surface, new coping, new spillway and more. These guys did a great job for us and completed the work in a timely manner. We are very happy with the results. Thanks Pool Patrol!

We were needing our pool resurfaced. After looking at the excellent reviews we called Pool Patrol. Victor came out last year and was very informative, explained the entire process, gave us a quote, and we never felt pressured or rushed. We waited a year and gave Victor a call. He remembered us and was happy to help. Victor and Kelton kept us very informed throughout the whole process. Communicated with us constantly the entire time. They were always on time and we never had any surprises. I would call with what I thought were silly questions, but Victor or Kelton were always available and happy to answer any questions we had. We ended up getting the Pebbletex surface and couldn’t be happier! Our pool looks great! Kelton took his afternoon to show me the different colors, tile samples, hand rails, everything. Overall we would recommend Pool Patrol to everyone! Victor, Kelton, and their entire crew were incredible. Thank you all so much!

Summer of 2024, our pool had fallen into disarray from a previous pool cleaning company we were using. It had algae blooms and was in rough shape. I saw on the Rockwallian FB group where people highly recommended Pool Patrol. I reached out to Victor and he immediately responded. He came to the house that day to quote us for routine maintenance and to get us back in working order. It didn’t take long before everything was beautiful again. Ever since, Victor and Kelton have both given outstanding service! There have been instances where items have needed replaced and they’ve guiding us how to handle it cost effectively. We were in a total panic. Right at the middle of our pool remodel; Our first company left us high and dry; (literally) and of course within week and a few days of our granddaughters Graduation party. Kelton and Victor are absolutely stellar to work with. They are friendly, professional and very responsive. Those qualities are not always easily found in this line of business. Received top notch service from Kelton today. Had an emergency with my pool equipment last night and was really nervous because of the freezing temperatures. Kelton came out and got it all fixed up the very next day and gave me peace of mind going forward. We will definitely continue to use Pool Patrol for all of our needs and highly recommend them.

Wow, what a difference! Pool Patrol gave our back yard a whole new life. I’d wager we have the nicest backyard in our neighborhood now. From a new pool remodel to the spray deck, I doubt there is anything these guys can’t do to make your back yard resort like. And weekly maintenance at only $200 is awesome!

Pool patrol has been an amazing company to work with. I always tell any contractor is we are very picky and will hold you to the standard of service you state for your company. Pool Patrol definitely delivers service excellence. From my initial messages to onset phone call, Victor was very informative and didn’t pressure me to make a decision. I have had to call on weekends for help and they always pick up the phone when I need something. While I try to respect weekends our pool was not working and was worried something bigger was happening. Victor and Kelton are exceptional and any problem that I may think is big they make me feel is not a big deal and they will take care of the problem and make the pool work. My pool is always amazingly clean. So glad we choose Pool Patrol. Only regret was not picking them as my PB. Thank you!

Victor and his crew are great. They show up when they say they will and the customer service is top notch. This is our first winter with a pool and he answered every question and helped walk me through a problem we had with our freeze control during this ice storm.

Victor and Kelton are hands down the best! We have had them as a weekly pool service for a while now and could not ask for better! Every time we have an issue, they are so prompt and on it …sometimes they’re and fixing it within 30 minutes. We would recommend them to anyone for weekly service or even if you just have a simple problem. They helped winterize our pool over the freeze. We have one small piece that broke… I messaged them. He was there fixing it in 30 minutes …before the next cold front came through!
