I was very satisfied with the service. I inherited a house that was extremely dirty, and needed to get it ready to sell. The ladies were very thorough and friendly. Communication with the company was excellent, and they worked around my schedule. It was not cheap, but based on the condition of the home, I wasn’t too surprised. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Charlie has been cleaning my home for a very long time, and she always does a wonderful job! She always has a smile on her face and is such a sweet person! She also seems to really enjoy her work and takes pride in it!
Zoe has cleaned for me only a few times, but always seems to do a great job. She is friendly and polite.

Finally reset to a nice clean house about every 6 weeks c(-_-c) thank you for coming! They change schedules to work with me and I've never had problems with honesty, attitude, respect, not that I expected to - but working in someone's home I'm sure some people are shy about that. They have a text number to coordinate and dispatch with and once the people are there you can talk more specifically on things with them if you need to.

The girls were so professional and incredibly sweet. I truly appreciate their attention to detail! After our recent loss of a pet, they went above and beyond to honor his memory—carefully organizing his bed and blankets in a way that made my heart smile. They even asked if we wanted to keep the little nose art on the window instead of wiping it away, in case it was too soon for us to let go. That level of thoughtfulness meant so much. They also made sure our cat was safe and cared for while going in and out of the home. On top of all of that, the cleaning itself was impeccable, with so many small touches that stood out. Their kindness and attention showed me we definitely chose the right company! Excellent job and customer service Modesty, Zoe, and Samantha!

Called to get pricing on cleaning two shower tubs. One of which has only been used two times ever. I was quoted $160 Plus Tax! Seriously! That is insane. All they need is wiped down but I can't reach any longer due to health issues. It's not like they are doing the entire bathroom or the entire house for that matter.

Update to respond to their post. I requested a 30 minute job. Not 2.5 Hours. Nowhere in that conversation was it discussed it was for a 2.5 hour cleaning. If that is what was discussed, I would understand the pricing. But that was NOT what was requested nor offered! (And I had my own supplies.) Oh. And it says under your google account you service my area. Nothing about extra charges.

I have used Jedco Gutters on multiple houses. They have always been professional and do a great job! I highly recommend them!

On 11/17 /2018 I contracted Jedco to install some 6" seamless gutters. Jim Henson informed me that he did not have the machine for 6" guttering but had a man that runs the 6" guttering for him and that he would get it scheduled within three weeks. I never heard from him . I phoned and emailed him with no response until after Xmas. When he did contact me he said it would be the middle of January 2019. It is now the 19th of January and no gutters. I phoned and emailed for a update 01/05. Again no response. His company was recommended by a friend. As a friend to all, if looking for guttering I would suggest you never phone or use this company. I wish they had negative Stars. I would give them a 10.

A friend recommended this company after having her gutters done in Irving. My property had no gutters and I was tired of the issues with ponding and erosion. Had Jim come out late May for an estimate, and the process was easy. He told me it probably wouldn’t be done until the third week of June and he would call me. That’s exactly what he did. He and his son came out today and did great work, and the pricing was fair. I was looking forward to the first rainstorm so I could really see the impact of the install, and I didn’t have to wait long as it started raining tonight. I’m so glad we had it done and you will, too!

I gave Jim a call about getting some gutters installed on my home. Very friendly. He was very helpful with all my questions. He was very organized and detailed with everything from coming out to do the estimate to getting the gutters installed. The price was very reasonable, and I was scheduled in much quicker than I thought it would take which was very nice! It took them only half the day to finish the gutters and it looks great! Thank you Jim! I will definitely be working with them in the future!

I had a minor gutter install job and I was looking for a company that just does gutters (in my experience roofers who do gutters always want to talk about the roof). Jim came out and was quick, knowledgeable, and provided a fair quote. The next day they came out and did the install. It was a very quick, and well done experience. If needed, I will definitely use them again.

This is the second time we had Jedco Gutters replace our gutters (two different homes) and we have been happy both times they did work for us. The first time they changed the location of our existing downspouts (their idea) and improved our drainage. The second time, on a different house, they did another great job. The crew is easy to work with and were careful not to damage landscaping and stained patio. Will call again if needed in the future!
