I had a problem with my AC unit. I was able to call and get a service call in one day. The courteous response to my concern was very appreciated. I was informed what the warranty would pay and what was out of pocket for me. They went beyond my expectations and got my system repaired. What was really exceptional was the no-pressure, professional service. I highly recommend D&E for all your HVAC needs!

Our technician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He had the air conditioner up and running in minutes replacing one part. They called as they were on their way and were inside the promised time frame. I don't know that I have ever had a service experience go so well. You can't get much better than that! Thank you D & E, my new go-to for HVAC service.

Being in Texas it's HOT and when our air condition when out almost two weeks it wasn't a good day. Temperatures were in the upper 90's last week and we called our warranty company they sent someone out but they never turned the paperwork back to the warranty for their approval to start the job. So now it's a week later we decided to have them call someone else out and I'm so glad they did! The people at D&E Heating and Air were here in and 2 days later we have a new air condition and are very cool! The individuals I worked with were all very polite and helpful. The girl in the office called each time there was an update as did the gentleman who came out. I'm very pleased with their service and will recommend them to my friends and family.

Thank you to Danny and his crew for the quick response and replacement of my new HVAC unit. Danny even helped over the phone to instruct us on how to use AUX heat during the ice storm! His price was more than fair and he followed up with instructions on how to operate the system!

Danny was recommended by a friend when I was having A/C issues and turned out to be a great one. Honest, responsive and thorough in checking the complete system. very reasonable priced. highly recommend for any A/C needs.

My coffee shop AC stopped working Thursday afternoon and Danny came out and diagnosed the problem within hours. He went above and beyond finding the part and repairing the unit in the late evening hours and had us up and running in no time. Would highly recommend and plan on using for our continued maintenance!

The service I received is second to none. My air went out on a Friday, Danny recharged my old system immediately and installed my new system the following Monday. I would recommend D&E Air to anyone.

These guys are the best!! We had multiple people come to see what the problem was and keep charging use for nothing done ,still no ac. D & E guys came out told me the hard truth that our unit was bad and let us in the right direction to purchase and install new unit! On top off that they got the unit on the same day and had our house cooling that night!! Great service and pricing worth every penny! Thanks again D & E your the best!!

Danny and his crew were amazing. He was very honest throughout the entire process. Excellent value in his pricing that saved us hundreds of dollars. Look forward to using him again if we ever need anything with our HVAC done.

I called Danny because our normal guy didn’t respond and I want to just say, wow. He responded to my call first time AND was able to make it out towards my house same day. Me and my husband both liked him. He was very personable and kind. What I really liked was that he was able to communicate and doesn’t ignore a phone call even though he’s super busy —middle of summer. 10/10 service.

D&E is honest, reliable, responsive, and fairly priced. They took the time to explain everything to us that we didn’t understand, and did not try to sell us things we don’t need. I told them what I was trying to do and they came back with options and explained the benefits and drawbacks of each which allowed me to pick and chose the components at the pricing levels that made sense for me. They also assessed where my system was inefficient and offered suggestions on how to help it operate more efficiently. In a business that is littered with companies trying to upsell or sell things you don’t need at exorbitant prices, D&E is trustworthy and will do exactly what they say, when they say, at the price they quote you. We will be using them for all our HVAC needs going forward.

They installed a new condenser and coil, and installed radiant barrier and new insulation in the attic in just 2 days. They also put in a new larger return as the returns we had were not efficient. .

They were very responsive and professional. I had received estimates from other companies and all said I had to replace my unit. D & E diagnosed the issue and repaired the problem! They saved us thousands! They quality of work was outstanding and they really catered to our needs and got our system running and cool in no time!!

Danny was very responsive and was able to install a unit quicker than any other company we reached out to. He came out the same day we called him when no other companies were able to come out the same day and he found a unit for us before any other company could. We appreciate his quick work!! He was very professional and honest! I will definitely refer him to any family or friend!

So glad I called D&E. One of my units bit the dust and the other units needed their yearly servicing. Robert and Judson were able to come within a day or so, do the servicing, and order the new unit. They thought it would be in the next week, but it came in days early. They got right on it and got everything working again that day. They were so professional and very courteous. They worked their behinds off in the heat without stopping, except to get lunch. I am very happy with not only their work, but how they worked. 11/10 would recommend.

So glad I called D&E! My usual A/C guy was slow at responding and showing up (days or weeks later) and Danny showed up same day within hours of calling him!! He was so professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

My upstairs wasn’t cooling and he added Freon and I haven’t had issues since!

I was able to get some after-hours HVAC service, and it was a great experience. I'd highly recommend coming here for all AC needs, it's ran by great people!

D & E worked with my home warranty company to get me two new furnaces to replace my old ones that have not been working adequately for some time. They gave me reasonable prices on them and came and installed them in a timely and professional manner. I am very pleased with Danny’s professionalism and being a respectable gentleman to me. He even sent me photos of my furnaces in the attic so I could see what they installed. I totally recommend them for any job you have.

Danny is the best in terms of figuring out the issue and giving the best solution for your problem. He knows what he’s doing and can respond quickly to any emergency. I used him for an AC blow out this past storm we had in Texas and he not only got my whole unit changed out ASAP, he did it at a reasonable cost and got it covered by insurance. Top notch service.
