I had a problem with my AC unit. I was able to call and get a service call in one day. The courteous response to my concern was very appreciated. I was informed what the warranty would pay and what was out of pocket for me. They went beyond my expectations and got my system repaired. What was really exceptional was the no-pressure, professional service. I highly recommend D&E for all your HVAC needs!

Our technician was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He had the air conditioner up and running in minutes replacing one part. They called as they were on their way and were inside the promised time frame. I don't know that I have ever had a service experience go so well. You can't get much better than that! Thank you D & E, my new go-to for HVAC service.

Being in Texas it's HOT and when our air condition when out almost two weeks it wasn't a good day. Temperatures were in the upper 90's last week and we called our warranty company they sent someone out but they never turned the paperwork back to the warranty for their approval to start the job. So now it's a week later we decided to have them call someone else out and I'm so glad they did! The people at D&E Heating and Air were here in and 2 days later we have a new air condition and are very cool! The individuals I worked with were all very polite and helpful. The girl in the office called each time there was an update as did the gentleman who came out. I'm very pleased with their service and will recommend them to my friends and family.
