My advisor Alex Taylor was extremely personable and professional. I am going to recommend One Hour Air to all my friends needing the service. They were prompt in reaching out to me as we experienced the first heat advisory of the season. Alex was the technician and he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable, taking care of the warranty/claim process of the busted capacitor so it’s one less thing on our plate. Two thumbs up! 👍👍
