These guys are great! We’ve used them for 2 years now on seasonal system checks and maintenance. Our lawn company hit one of our tall sprinkler heads and broke it. I contacted Thomas and they had it fix the very next morning. Very grateful for them and HIGHLY recommend their services!

Top notch service! We were told when we bought our house 2 years ago the sprinkler system did not work and assumed that it must be damaged beyond repair. Thomas stopped by and within 15 minutes realized the problem and had a solution right away. Him and his crew came back a few days later and had it fixed in no time. Now our lawn looks great and we could not be happier with the results and the service we received!

Very disappointed, called for a simple zone repair (not coming on) showed up went throgh my system and said he would send me a qouote? And left. Quoted over $800.00 says i need 4 valves repaierd and my rain senor needed a battery and calibrating. I agreed against my better judgement. It took a week for him to return he spent 15 minute's digging up my yard and the said everything was good but found and additional problem with one of my tree rings. Found a small section of rubber hose leaking. Spent 3 minute's right in front of me spliced on a 14 inch section of hose forcan additional $89.00. Oh well, over done with gone, or so i thought. I paid just under $1000.00 and when my sprinklers went off the next morning 2 of the 4 zones he worked on including the one i called about. Well when i called they were closed for the weekend. Great. I called another company. (Simply Sprinkler) they came out the next day, Sunday, repaird the new valves i paid tomsa to replace and only charged me $39.00. Thats what i get for trying to support my local businesses. It don't take a brain surgeon to know who i will be calling in the future. It wont be Thomas. That man even took pictures of my yard of the month yard for his webite like he had something to do with it. Believe my yard looked fantastic before he showed up!

I had a great experience with all aspects of this service. The initial phone call and scheduling was great. Thomas was scheduled to come out within two days of my initial call. He was there on time and reviewed the entire 16 zone irrigation system and identified everything that needed maintenance. We scheduled repairs for the next week. He was once again on time and explained the work as he was doing it. He then helped me program my system (new house) to appropriately water all of my zones.
Thomas is very friendly and knowledgeable and made everything look simple. It is important to me to have contractors that I know and trust and I am very happy to be a customer of Rockwall Lawn Sprinkler Repair. This company was a great find for me.

I had a semi-emergency leak in the main pump valve box. Water kept flowing even though the sprinklers were not on.

I called Rockwall Irrigation Repair and left a message. The owner (Thomas) returned my call quickly and set up an appointment at my convenience. He was onsite early and able to diagnose the problem almost immediately.

He replaced the broken part and tested all zones to ensure they were functioning properly.

I’ve dealt with this company a number of times for various issues and have nothing but good things to say about them. Honest, prompt and provides good service.

We had two zones of our irrigation system where the pop-up sprinklers we’re not popping up. Michelle and Thomas were quick to respond and schedule a diagnostic visit. Thomas checked our entire system and determined the issue was significantly low water pressure. He recommended a plumber to check our valves. He was correct, a valve near our city supply line had failed. Once replaced, our irrigation system worked great, and the overall water pressure within our house also increased. I would recommend Thomas for his responsiveness, knowledge and integrity.

Thomas and his team arrived promptly on our scheduled day. They assessed the status of our sprinkler system and addressed the known, and unknown, repairs it needed. We appreciate their service and will recommend them to other folks with similar needs.

I’ve been using this company since August 2021 when I reached out for a complete system check on my entire system. I knew I had several sprinkler heads that needed replacement, several valves that needed to be rebuilt as well as several drip lines that also needed repair. Tom and his crew came out within days and evaluated the entire system. The estimate I received for all repairs was exceptional compared to others I had received, so needless to say, repairs were completed within the week and I have been pleased to continue using this business since then! I am happy that I can send an email just to ask a question and Tom responds quickly every time.

My husband and I recently had some repairs done to our sprinkler system and a drainage system installed in our backyard. Thomas and his crew went above and beyond with their work. Thomas was very responsive and punctual. The crew was very friendly, and left no messes behind after the work was done.

Thanks to them our sprinkler system works like new, and we no longer have a muddy bog in our backyard after storms. We are starting to get new grass growth in spots that have been bare for a few years, wish we would have reached out to Thomas sooner about the drainage.

Thomas also came back a couple weeks later to help my husband mark our sprinkler heads for some aerating that we were going to have done.
