Cody was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all questions and concerns regarding the repair we would need. He did a quality job in a timely manner. Their customer service rep, Taylor is amazing to deal with. She is compassionate and understanding and puts you at ease in stressful circumstances. Would definitely call on for their services again.

Being a new homewner is stressful enough but having your plumbing backup 5 days into a move made things really overwhelming. Zach with Straight Shooter Plumbing is a delight to work with & helped to make everything easier and less stressful to deal with. He made sure to communicate options & solutions with me as well as keeping me up to date every day where we were with the plan.
