Josh explained the issue really well and worked very hard to get a replacement from Home Depot. He was very eager to fix the issue quickly. We are really happy with the service wicker plumbing provided us.

Shawn the plumber was a real cool guy from the start! He introduced himself, told me what company he was with, and asked me about the issue I was having. I explained the issue and Shawn immediately went to work. While he was working, he explained how it happened and let me know which steps he would take to fix the problem. Shawn and Vincent did a remarkably fast and effective job. They knew what the issue was and fixed it within minutes. They were friendly and courteous. They did not make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about clogging up my disposal with leftover rice and brisket🤣
If this ever happens again ( it won’t) I want Shawn and Vincent to my rescue . Thanks Guys!!!
