Reviews of local pros in Rockwall, Texas

Thomas is very responsive and communicates in detail how he is going to complete the project and when. His attention to detail is second to none. I had him replace a damaged cedar fence for my mother and he is starting soon on my fence replacement. I found him through a recommendation on a city of Rowlett website and I highly recommend him!

Thomas and his crew gave a reasonable quote, beating another company with significant savings for me. He and his crew completed the entire project on my east side in just two days!

We work with numerous contractors in DFW. Thomas is simply the best. Communicates quickly and clearly. Is transparent and fair in pricing. Keeps his word and takes immense pride in his work. Podleski Construction has consistently delivered high quality work at a fair price. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Thomas and his team completed some wrought iron fence repairs for me as several areas of the fence needed attention. He and his team work very well together and did a great job. I could tell that it mattered to them that they delivered quality repairs, which was great to see. I will use Podeleski Construction again for my next job and you should as well. Thank you.

Podleski Construction came and did a great job replacing my very large steel gate post. Everything went just as he said it would in spite of the rain. They work hard and have high standards and a great eye for detail. The fair price was well worth it. Give them a try if you need work done.

Podleski landscaped my front yard and it looks professional and neat. I will recommend them to anyone . I like that they were prompt and very polite .

The work crew were very courteous to me and my neighbors while working on the fence and retaining wall. The fence is beautiful and the retaining wall turned out so much better than I imagined. I have recieved several compliments. They also put in a french drain In the back yard and a concrete pad for a shed.

I needed a fence sooner than I had planned. I called several companies and Podleski Construction was the only one that provided a prompt quote & installation date with a reasonable price. They completed the job in one day and it looks great! I would use them again and highly recommend them.

Thomas and his team were easy to work with. They kept in constant communication throughout the project, were very professional. Overall the fence turned out beautifully and we will definitely use them again if the need ever arises!

Wow. That might be the easiest way to provide feedback.

(TLDR: if you need work done, hire Thomas and his team)

Thomas took this job that started with a couple what I’d say was standard requests (idk, I’m not a landscaper! Haha). “Hey can you just double check the sprinkler system?” and “can you update the flower bed and lay sod?”

You see, my yard was 90% dirt from a tree that we had removed from choking out all the grass that was once there.

When he started working on the sprinkler system, he found issue after issue after issue.

This estimated two day project very quickly turned to three, then four days. He kept in communication the whole time. Very professional!

Now to give my feedback:

I keep going and just standing and looking at it. My neighbors keep telling me that it looks amazing. Trust me when I say, these photos do not do justice. It looks incredible! When my partner and I started talking about his project we thought it would cost an arm and a leg. When the sprinkler started giving issue after issue we got a bit wide eyed, but the price was beyond fair for the work (to be honest, it was probably too fair in our favor!)

Thank you Thomas! We’ll make sure your number is saved for our future needs!

I recently hired Podleski Construction to install a wooden fence in my backyard, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional and attentive. The quality of the wood used was excellent, and the craftsmanship of the installation was evident in every detail. They were also very communicative throughout the process, addressing all my questions promptly.

The project was completed on schedule, and the final price was very reasonable considering the quality of work. Additionally, they provided valuable tips on maintaining the fence to ensure it lasts for years to come. Overall, I highly recommend Podleski Construction for anyone looking for reliable and high-quality fencing services. I would definitely hire the again.

Thomas at Podleski Construction and his team exceeded my expectations. My driveway and my fence look amazing and Thomas is very personable and professional. Going forward I will only use Thomas and his crew, Great job, Thank you Thomas!!

They did a wonderful job on our fence. We have a pool and 3 dogs so they did great on how long it took. Thomas was in contact with us often and communication was great. Our neighbors even had them build their gate that connects to our fence so they would match.

We couldn’t be happier with our new fence! Thomas and his crew did an amazing job! They listen and are easy to work with. They take pride in their work!

Podleski Construction did an outstanding job on our pipe fence. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. The crew showed up when they said they would, worked efficiently, and paid attention to every detail. The fence is solid, level, and beautifully installed, you can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship. The welds are clean, the lines are straight, and the entire project turned out even better than I expected. If you’re looking for quality work and a company that stands behind what they do, I highly recommend Podleski Construction. I couldn’t be happier with the results!
