I have used Doiggs multiple times over the years for carpet cleaning and they have always done a fabulous job. This past March I woke up to my home flooded due to my master toilet overflowing all night. I called Doiggs and James Brannin came out within the hour and assessed the situation. Immediately he contacted his crew and these guys worked endlessly until my home was in a livable condition. James was very much hands on and always kept me informed. Even after they completed the flood restoration, which was over half of my home, James checked back several times to see if I noticed or needed anything. I can’t say enough how blessed I am to have such a caring, professional family company that I can call.

Matt and Cole cleaned the tile flooring throughout my home and did a fantastic job. They were timely and very professional. The grout was pretty much renewed to the original color. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Doigg’s Restoration was Awesome to work with! They took the time to explain every detail of every process of the entire restoration. Jeff Doigg (company owner) came out himself quickly after our house flooded. He made us feel comfortable to know he had the situation under control. He had his employees James and Cole come out that night to begin the restoration process. James and Cole were top notch through the entire restoration to make sure we understood all that was going on and what the next step was going to be until completion. We were not left in the dark on any detail. They were very trustworthy; I felt very comfortable leaving while they worked on our house knowing nothing would be taken and they would continue to work without any supervision. Jeff, James, and Cole made this horrible house flooding incident bearable knowing all was going to be done correctly. I recommend Doigg’s Restoration to anyone! Having your house in ruins is bad enough and to know you are going to have deal with contractors that you do not know entering your house with your family. It is such a vulnerable feeling. Doigg’s Restoration treats you like family and understands how devastating it is for you to have your house in ruins. They also recommended a great remodel contractor after the restoration. We called Doiggs when our water heater flooded the main floor. They arrived very quickly and started the clean up and drying process. I was so pleased with the job they did that I hired them to do the reconstruction as well.

Doigg's carpet care came out today and did a wonderful job on my carpet and tile. Cole and Nate were very courteous and keep me informed with the cleaning procedures. My carpet, tile and grout lines look great. I would highly recommend them.

Doiggs was very honest. They cleaned my dryer vent and helped get things back aligned in the attic ventilation. I felt much safer after the cleanup. Did a good job. Held up well after couple years.

Doiggs is a very professional company. I recently had major water damage to my home. They were there within one hour of calling and on a Friday night. They took over moving furniture and extracting the water from the entire lower floor. They saved everything possible and was with me for the next two weeks drying the walls to prevent mold. I highly recommend Jeff and his crew.

Technicians showed up on time and were very courteous. They cleaned my carpet and sofas giving me a firm quote before starting. We discussed the pet stains and decided upon a good way to treat the stains. I am very pleased with their work and how my carpet looks. Doigg’s were very successful in getting out all my pet stains. I will be using Doigg’s restoration again.
