I can say that without a doubt, Daniel went above and beyond - being the only technician of all the complies that was able to locate and isolate a disconnected flue pipe in a hidden attic of a 120 year old home. He has passion and care in his work - evening sound a routine check of an exterior compressor, which wasn’t a communicated request. Just had my A/C Heat unit replaced today. I could not be more impressed with the entire experience beginning with the check up with issues explained in detail and discussion of options then getting the estimate from Ron, then scheduled installation then everything installed in a few hours. Beau, Steven and Jason are awesome, nice, friendly, professional and great at their jobs. They left my home, inside and out, clean and everything picked up. I highly recommend String Prairie Heating & Air for spring and winter maintenance checkups and also replacement if that has to be done.
