Home Services reviews in Rosharon, Texas

this was the first clean by Mary and Tngela and they did a great job. Took careful time and did a thorough job instead of a hurried job. I would love to have them again.

The ladies Jasmine and America were professional. They thoroughly cleaned my home from top to bottom in a timely fashion. We are pleased ‼️👍🏼

TCA has given me peace of mind for over 7 years without fail. No company is perfect, but they make everything right. Dependable and efficient.

Excellent staff and service. Staff is very kind and friendly. Erica has been awesome getting my cleaning days changed w my crazy schedule that is always different. Thank you

I have been a customer with Cleaning Authority for over a year. The staff is friendly, on time, and thorough. The company is also willing to work with me on cleaning schedules as long as they have ample notice.

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning my house for a while now, they continue to do a good job and are very polite in our interactions. I highly recommend.

Great job today! The crew today was on-time, very friendly, and worked non-stop. What a great feeling to have a clean, fresh house and a made bed.

Bree and her crew did another excellent job today!! House is clean and it also smells clean. That means a lot to me along with the attention to detail. Sometimes it’s the little things that count!!!!

Katelyn and Kira were efficient and professional. They did a fantastic job and they were both so kind. I greatly appreciate their hard work!

As always, I am so pleased with the crew and the quality of work, as well as their interaction with my sweet dog. Highly recommend this service to anyone as their consistency in their service is spot on.

The Cleaning Authority Team that comes to my home is EXCELLENT!!! They arrive on time and consistently do a great job!!! You couldn’t ask for better people and company to come into your home. I highly recommend them.

This company is great! They work well as a team and are very considerate. My house is so clean!!! I love their rotating deep clean process and the final inspection. I recommend them.

Our first clean was awesome! Brooke, Paola, and Aricela were so kind and sweet! Ameenah did a great job following up and checking their work

Araceli and Kaliyah worked diligently for hours getting my 2000+sq ft home dust-free and sparkling clean. Amber came through to inspect and correct, but also to check with me about any concerns. Excellent protocol, especially for this first visit. Have not used any cleaning service in 20 years, but with everybody in the house working and with busy schedules, it's nice to have some help for the deep cleans. Confident that this company is a keeper! Thanks again.

The crew of Leila, Sarah & Alisha greeted me with a smile and started our cleaning. They were friendly, courteous and did a thorough cleaning of our house. When they finished, they left with the same smile. Have a great Day!

The Cleaning Authority has been cleaning our house for about 5 months or so now. They always do such a good job, are very friendly and accommodating, and not only work around our 5 pets but love them and enjoy having them! Id recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and trustworthy cleaning service.

Maryna and Lindsey of The Cleaning Authority did a fantastic job with my home today. They did a deep clean and I haven’t seen my house shine this well in years! So grateful for their services!

Really happy with our first clean. Ameenah came for our in home quote and was on time, personable and professional. She gave me confidence that they would do a good job and the cleaning team did not disappoint. Cleaners Kaliyah, Melissa and Araceci did an excellent job. I’m really happy with the thoroughness - they took time to clean places that other cleaners have missed. Crew was efficient and professional and clearly cared about doing a good job. We have pets (2 cats and 1 dog) and they did a really good job on all the pet hair. I really think we’re going to be pleased with their bi-weekly service.

We had our initial deep clean yesterday and Mary and Tngela were absolutely fantastic. My home feels brand new and I will be requesting the same team again for my future cleanings. Polite, professional and efficient. Thank you The Cleaning Authority!!

Norma, Cy and Zee just finished cleaning my house. Great job! We are on an every other week schedule and need to cancel the cleaning after this one as we will be having guests in our home all that week. When the team arrived at my house, I asked them if they could do a deep clean of our 2 1/2 bathrooms along with our usual sleeping area rotation this week since we have to cancel our next cleaning. They were so gracious about adding this to their schedule! Not only did they do a great job, they did it with smiles on their faces! 😊

Communication is lacking, so be very clear in your expectations, or you will be taken advantage of. I was quoted an hourly rate and told it would take 1-2 hours plus an additional 30 minutes for my square footage. Cleaning wasn't completed adequately, even though I was billed for 3.75 hours. Neither was I contacted to let me know it would be going well beyond the 1.5 to 2.5 hours I was quoted and see if I wanted a hard cut off or just let them continue. I followed up with the company and basically just got a sorry we didn't communicate better and we will have a chat with the cleaner response. No offer to go back and fix the problems, refund, etc. Don't recommend unless you are probably there watching them and you have clear understanding of expectations and time.
