Our overall experience was excellent, but I especially want to recognize Isaiah. Without question, he is one of the best technicians I have ever dealt with.

Nowadays, it is difficult to find someone who is truly passionate about what they do, takes pride in their work, and genuinely cares about the customer. With Isaiah, you can immediately tell that taking care of the customer is his number-one priority.

He went above and beyond for my family throughout the entire process. While we were waiting for the installation to be completed, he even brought us food. He stayed late into the night to make sure the job was completed because he did not want my family to have to spend another night without air conditioning. Those are things he absolutely did not have to do, and they say a lot about his character.

Isaiah is honest, professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and genuinely cares about the people he serves. He worked with us to find the best solution possible while also making sure we received the most efficient and cost-effective option for our home.

It is truly impressive to see someone of Isaiah’s caliber in this profession. His work ethic and commitment to his customers set a standard that others should follow.

I have been without A/C for 2 weeks now.
I took several bids and just couldn’t bring myself to commit.
Then I decided to reach out to Henry’s as they have been taking care of me for the last three years. I thought maybe another bandaid , one more summer.
Isaiah Medina was to be my service technician.
He text me and told me he was on his way and arrived promptly.
Communication is key for me. Upon his arriving , he assured me if it could be repaired he could do it. He preformed several task to solve the problem.
He worked on the unit for several hours. I was so impressed by this young man and I am not easily impressed. I can honestly say my faith in humanity has been restored by the sincere dedication this young man has of his vocation. He icompletely has tgec ability to problem solve. One of the main reasons I keep going to Henerys A/C service , they sincerely care.
Thank you Isaiah for helping me not to suffer anymore. You are a true blessing and this old lady may live a few more years now

Great customer service and same day service/appointments. Requested an A/C checkup of my units and Isaiah was quite knowledgeable! He explained everything in laymen's terms which is much needed for the average customer. He walked you through what he was doing and why - which I appreciated. I would highly recommend them for your A/C needs/issues!

The team at Henry's A/C & Heat did a Fantastic job for me. They came out literally within a couple hours assessed my needed repairs and even came back the next day to complete the repairs. Isaiah was my technician. He explained my situation, gave me options, and recommendations that ultimately gave me a better bang for my money. The next day Isaiah and his fellow technician arrived, performed the repairs, hauled off the debris, and even cleaned up after themselves I would recommend these guys for anyone needing a/c repairs.

Thank you to this team for their responsiveness and support. From the start, Isaiah Medina set the bar extremely high so my expectations matched. Isaiah was communicative and patient.

We won’t use anyone else but Henry’s for our HVAC issues now. Isaiah was professional, respectful, and very helpful. He helped me diagnose a cooling issue on an old home and did a great job troubleshooting. Henry’s won’t just charge you for refrigerant if the system doesn’t actually need it, they focus on every other possible cause to remedy the concern. Truly top notch customer service.

Isaiah was awesome! He was polite, and did an excellent job diagnosing our a/c unit. I will absolutely request him with any further issues we have. He was even so kind to my 4 year old who always wants to talk to everyone. 10/10 recommend!

Isaiah was so helpful. He addressed all of my concerns. I had brought up all these concerns and issues previously and was told they were not an issue and it was normal. Now the issues have gotten worse and Isaiah talked me through all the issues and was very apologetic for my previous experiences and was adamant that we would be taken care of this time and that our concerns would be addressed. The team now has to no one back for remediation but he left me confident that the proper work would be completed. He was so helpful and polite. And greatly appreciate his expertise.

Very impressed by Isiah who came and diagnosed my A/C problem, Daniel who corrected the problem and Amy who kept me informed throughout the entire process. They were all extremely courteous and knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly recommend Henry’s A/C & Heat and will use them again if needed.

I’ve had a 5/5 star experience with Henry’s AC & Heat staff. Kelli is great! Very helpful to setting up an appointment and taking my information down to get the service I needed. Kelton is very professional and helped me understand what issues I had to my AC, everything was explained to me in great detail and even told me how to keep up regular maintenance on my ac unit. Very glad to have both of them help me out and will most definitely call them again if I’m in need of ac work!

Isaiah arrived with a positive and professional attitude and gave me a great explanation of the process involved in inspecting and servicing my system. He was very thorough during the inspection, making me feel comfortable that my system was in good hands. He finished by cleaning the condensers for both of units and then he advised me on what I can do to ensure my systems remain in good condition in between services. All in all, a great experience!

Isaac did an outstanding job. He kept me informed of what he was doing and price on replacement of a part . I definitely would ask for Issac again.

Clay and Henry came out initially. They did an excellent job thoroughly explaining the issues and presented different options. No one loves replacing an entire AC, furnace and duct work but working with this team made it as easy and painless as possible. The install crew worked tirelessly to get everything just right. They also left the entire work area clean… you wouldn’t have known they were even here. Aaron also did a wonderful job. We are very pleased and will use them again when the time comes.

We requested a preventative maintenance inspection of our a/c unit now that temps are climbing. Two gentlemen showed up, the technician and one of the managers. Both were friendly and respectful of our property.
The inspection took about an hour or so. They cleaned the coils, on the unit outside and inspected the unit inside the house as well.
It turned out we needed two lbs. of Freon, other than this, everything else was good.

I recently had Henry's A/C & Heat, LLC install a soft start for my AC and Generac system. They provided excellent service throughout the process. This new device ensures that my second AC starts up properly, providing my home with 100% cold air flow. Highly recommend their professional and efficient service!

What a great service provided by Isaiah Medina. I highly recommend to look for him if you need to fix your AC. He is very good at his job. He knows what he is doing and very informative, not to mention that he is very nice and respectful. I can only say good things about him. I am very pleased with the service today. Aaron was polite, friendly, and professional. He explained what he thought the problem was, and will schedule another appointment, bringing help so the problem can be fixed.

Daniel is a great worker. Personable, knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything that was wrong and how to repair. We had various parts damaged by wasp, and older equipment. Daniel had our system up and running within 2 days.
Highly recommended.
July update. Isaiah and master technician came and performed maintenance. They explained everything that was needed and fixed what was needed. Henry's has an excellent staff.
Update all staff at Henry's are top notch.
2026 update. Shout out to Jon and Isaiah for major replacement of outdated and compromised equipment dated back to 2007. Isaiah put in a full day and made sure everything was working before leaving. Thanks again.
