We won’t use anyone else but Henry’s for our HVAC issues now. Isaiah was professional, respectful, and very helpful. He helped me diagnose a cooling issue on an old home and did a great job troubleshooting. Henry’s won’t just charge you for refrigerant if the system doesn’t actually need it, they focus on every other possible cause to remedy the concern. Truly top notch customer service.

Isaiah was awesome! He was polite, and did an excellent job diagnosing our a/c unit. I will absolutely request him with any further issues we have. He was even so kind to my 4 year old who always wants to talk to everyone. 10/10 recommend!

Isaiah was so helpful. He addressed all of my concerns. I had brought up all these concerns and issues previously and was told they were not an issue and it was normal. Now the issues have gotten worse and Isaiah talked me through all the issues and was very apologetic for my previous experiences and was adamant that we would be taken care of this time and that our concerns would be addressed. The team now has to no one back for remediation but he left me confident that the proper work would be completed. He was so helpful and polite. And greatly appreciate his expertise.
