This company has saved me and my family money and suffering ( no AC in 100 degree weather) at least 3 times over the years . We have moved to 3 different homes in the last 7 yrs....and we finally settled into where we are staying....of course each different home always seemed to have an issue with the AC. You know the deal -the AC always goes out on the hottest day of the year or during a holiday where most people are closed or if they do come out (on a holiday) they want to charge you double. Well Roady has always been spot on with us when I have called him. Each time he has got us back up and running fast! He has saved me money by being honest with me when other AC companies were not. Just an all around honest skilled and respectable person\company to do business with. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional and good customer service. They did a thorough inspection of our system and found the issue to be a minor fix. He was very responsive to any questions and even called us back the next day to make sure our house was cooling and A/C was working.

We had the company assigned to our repair by our Home Warranty Company. They came out for the repair and told us not only would it be the required $65 service fee, but we would also have to pay an additional $905 for other repairs not covered by the warranty company. We paid the money, and the repair they said that needed to be done was completed. Within a week we were contacting our warranty company with the exact same issue we had before the initial repair was completed. On top of that, the other company that came out said the work completed was shoddy at best, and there were two leaks that were going on as a result of poor work! We paid all of that money, just to have to pay for ANOTHER repair a week later. I understand that these companies have to make money somehow, but lying about work needing to be done and it actually not getting done properly is ridiculous.
