Had my tankless water heater for a routine maintenance in Sept 2025. I think one guy was getting trained at the time. One of the guys dumped their solution onto my grass and for the life of me, I can’t figure out why. I immediately raked the dead grass they caused, manually aerated, and spread dirt/sand mix. I thought with the spring, AKA growing season, it would come back, but here we are March 2026, and it’s still dead. I’ll have to figure out another means to bring it back. Would not recommend

Without going into too much detail, do yourself a big favor and a lot of frustration and call another plumber!

We had our appointment changed 3 times and we were very accommodating as with the freeze in Texas there very busy but we have had ZERO response to getting this resolved by just a quote as we said we need this fixed to the “master “ plumber and people who answered the phone . Every time I call the office the lady says he has not given her any paperwork and he will call us and to date ( well over a month now ) ,
If this is the way you deal with customers that “Home Serve” send you its dam sad business

Words cannot express how thankful I am for Houdini's Plumbing. Customer service was great and they were able to assist with my mom's busted water pipe in the quickness. I highly recommend this company.

The WORST service I have ever ever EVER had in my entire life. Repair men came TWICE and stayed for 3 hours before leaving, never finishing the job. The receptionist was rude when I called to complain. They constantly lied to me about the times and then wanted to charge an additional $1100 for something they weren’t even hired to TOUCH. Said they wouldn’t call the inspector out for the job I hired them for unless I paid them the $1100. UNPROFESSIONAL EXTORTIONISTS. Do not use this company. Ever.

WORST SERVICE EVER!
Poor quality: What started as a slow drain, is now a sink not working at all. Didn't even put the fixture completely back together.
Not professional: Owner was extremely rude.
Not on time: Scheduled to return the next day, but was a no-show and didn't even bother to call to notify.

They came and fixed a leaking pipe that we had outside. The man who repaired it was quick, effective and honest in terms of what needed to be done. We had called John Moore the day before and they said it would be a $5,000 job. The repair man from Houdini looked at it and said absolutely not and quickly spotted what was wrong. I appreciate their honesty & fairness.

Got Shawn to come help me install a new faucet. He was very helpful and nice, and the company in general was very prompt. Highly recommend

We had a gas leak and Central Point Energy sent Houdini's Plumbing to fix the leak. It was a night mare, the technicians had dragging up the work more than 2 weeks. They came fix a little bit and went, and promised the time to come back but never showed up. We had to call and beg them to come back. The bad thing is they did not fix the gas leak according to the safety code and fail the inspection due to wrong city code and never coming back to fix the problem. We had to hired another plumber to fix the problem and pass the inspection in the next day.

Israel and his helper was amazing. They did an awesome job.Israel found the problem and fix it in a timely manner. He also gave suggestions for future problems that may arise.I recommend this company.

We had an emergency underground water leak close to our water meter. Houdini's was able to fit us in quickly, and even came earlier than they had projected in order help us fix the water leak. Their plumbers worked continuously and efficiently until the job was done, and did an excellent job with clean-up, along with communicating with us. We were very pleased to have found Houdini's Plumbing, and thank them very much!

Very professional, came out to repair gas leak on the outside of my home and repair work done by another plumber on my hot water heater installation. Crew was amazing went above and beyond. Highly recommend them. Everything was up to code.
