Norma, Cy and Zee just finished cleaning my house. Great job! We are on an every other week schedule and need to cancel the cleaning after this one as we will be having guests in our home all that week. When the team arrived at my house, I asked them if they could do a deep clean of our 2 1/2 bathrooms along with our usual sleeping area rotation this week since we have to cancel our next cleaning. They were so gracious about adding this to their schedule! Not only did they do a great job, they did it with smiles on their faces! 😊

Communication is lacking, so be very clear in your expectations, or you will be taken advantage of. I was quoted an hourly rate and told it would take 1-2 hours plus an additional 30 minutes for my square footage. Cleaning wasn't completed adequately, even though I was billed for 3.75 hours. Neither was I contacted to let me know it would be going well beyond the 1.5 to 2.5 hours I was quoted and see if I wanted a hard cut off or just let them continue. I followed up with the company and basically just got a sorry we didn't communicate better and we will have a chat with the cleaner response. No offer to go back and fix the problems, refund, etc. Don't recommend unless you are probably there watching them and you have clear understanding of expectations and time.

We returned to Cleaning Authority after years of me slaving away while the rest of the family looked on. This year I decided to reclaim my time and sign up. Lacie & Jadyn were amazing for our first clean! Everything was super clean and well taken care of. They missed 1 trash can to empty but that's not enough to complain about. Excited to get back on the schedule and reclaim my personal time! It is a bit expensive but worth getting time back

Cuquis is fantastic. She sends a text the day before confirming the time she'll be here. She and her daughter get to work the moment they walk in the door--they clearly have an efficient system. They are flexible if there are any conflicts, and utterly reliable and trustworthy. Boyfriend and his roommate used them at his previous apartment. We continue to use them in our new apartment. Altogether, we've been saved by her services for at least 2 years. She came recommended by a friend. And we recommend her to everyone we know.
