I called this place to get 2 outlets checked out at a private school. I spoke to Enrique and he advise there was a service fee to go out and inspect what could be wrong. We approved the cost and been trying to schedule for the past 2, almost 3 weeks. We have obviously looked for another vendor to help with this however the lack of response and communication is poor.
